Ariana and Ricky are a young couple who have a 12 year old daughter named Aviana and a 2 month old baby boy Wilder. The real plot here is, is Aviana really Ricky's daughter? Did Ariana lie to Ricky?
Ariana's pov I'm back at home and the kids have been sleeping for about 2 hours and I'm talking to my lawyer on face time.
"Okay so all you need to do is have Richard sign the divorce papers and we have to let the jury and the judge decide whether Wilder goes to you or your ex husband" my lawyer Marlene revises.
I nod my head.
"And he's not able to get Aviana right" I ask.
She raises her eyebrows.
"Well she is Justin's biological daughter right" she questions.
I sigh, I really hope she doesn't think I'm a slut.
"Yes she is" I reply.
She smiles.
"Well as long as Aviana doesn't have Richards last name on her birth certificate, she should be all yours".
My heart stops at her response. Aviana qualifies to be taken away from me, and Justin is going to be so mad. Why didn't I just put my last name as Avianas.
I give a nervous chuckle.
"Ummmm you see actually Avianas last name is Alvarez" I say making Marlene give a sad smile.
She sighs shaking her head.
"Well dear seems to me now that Richard is able to take both in for full custody" she tells me.
I put my head in my hands and let out a tiny whimper.
"Oh sweetheart, it's alright I promise you I will help you keep your babies" Marlene coos.
I look at her through the camera and smile.
"Thank you Mar, so much" I tell her.
She gives me a genuine smile and waves.
"It's my job Ari, anyways I'll see you next month for the court date and we'll keep in touch" she excuses herself as I turn off my laptop.
I check the baby monitor and still see a sleeping baby. Justin's going to be here in a little bit and I'm dreading his arrival because Avianas with me.
I grab 2 wine glasses and red wine setting them on the table. Wilder has one bottle left so I'm free to drink until the morning.
I'm about to serve myself when I hear a knock at the door.
I quickly jog to the entrance and open the door revealing Justin with roses. What a fucking sweetheart😍😍
"Hey baby, you look hot" he flirts making me blush.
