Chapter 13: Farther

A/N: Hello friends

So clearly I have been M.I.A. for awhile (get it bcs Missing In Action but also my name is Mia lol how hilarious)

My grade in Spanish took a bad turn, with a missing assignment that dropped my grade to a D.  So my parents took my computer and phone.  On top of that I left a cup on the counter (????? Sorry ?????) so I was grounded for awhile.

This chapter may not be as long as planned because I can’t write super long chapters after not writing for awhile

who knows

idk I haven’t started typing yet

oh and thank you guys soooo much for over 4K like literally I got another 1K without a single update and it only took a week to do that im screaming I love you

 my friends are throwing a 5K reads/100 days clean party if we can hit 5K by March 11 (which is when im 100 days clean from cutting) so pls read :-)

Chapter 13: Farther

I came back to school the next day, on Friday.

It was kind of weird to think I had been gone a week, all because I needed time to think over a measly kiss.  A kiss, was a kiss that big of a deal?

With Robbie Kay, I guess it was.  He was so alluring, and seductive, his voice sultry and his eyes always lustful.  He was lust, he defined it.  I looked at him and my mind went into the most sinful of thoughts.  In the way his body moved so slow, or the way he’d turn his lips and cock his eyebrows.  Oh, the things he could do.  I’m in a different realm with him. 

But in actuality, he’s such an awful influence.  The violence is his household left him getting rough with me, rough when he grabbed me from the door or pinned me to the hallway floor.  He was dangerous.  So dangerous.

I was leaving school for the weekend, which again, felt strange because to me it was a Monday.  As I walked to the bus, Danielle and Kylie stopped me.

“Hey sunshine, where ya been?” Kylie asked, slinging an arm around my shoulder. 

“I haven’t felt well,” I said.

“Are you okay now?” 

“I think so.”

“Well good,” Danielle said, putting her arm over on top of Kylie’s, “we’re hanging out then.”

“Okay,” I said.  I didn’t mind.

“Natalia and Zoey are already at Kylie’s,” she said, “and we’re stopping at your house for clothes.”

We continued walking down the sidewalk and to the student parking lot, by Kylie’s car.

“Get in,” Danielle said, opening the backseat door for me as she crawled in the passenger.

Soon, we were pulling into my driveway just as Robbie was pulling into his.  That got me nervous.  If I’m with my friends, he won’t make any moves, will he?
