Cliché angst in your area >< might do a part two for this.

Jihoon was tapping his foot impatiently as he waited for his boyfriend's arrival. He already made up his mind about talking to Seungcheol about their problem.
It all started a few months back, when they decided to live with each other. They've managed to buy a small apartment fit for the both of them and with some touches of Jihoon, it really felt like home for the two.
The first few weeks of living with each other were going smoothly, until Seungcheol started to come home late (also read: 4AM) and too tired to even greet his boyfriend who was waiting for him to come home.
Of course, Jihoon—being the moody and short-tempered person he is—started to feel angry and sad at the same time. He felt lonely and unloved, and so he decided that these feelings should stop and the both of them should talk it out before it gets worse.
The moment Seungcheol entered his apartment shared with his boyfriend, all he wanted to do was to rest. No interruptions, no noise, no everything. Just him, the bed, and sleep.
"You're home.." Jihoon stood up and walked towards Seungcheol. He was about to hug the older boy when Seungcheol raised his hand, making Jihoon stop in his tracks.
"I need rest. Leave me alone."
That sentenced surely pushed Jihoon to his limits. His heart felt like it was being stabbed by hundreds of knives and his fist clenched in anger. He didn't mind Seungcheol's glare as he continued talking while looking straight to his eyes, "I want to talk to you."
"I said, I wanted to rest and I want you to leave me alone. Is that hard to understand?" Seungcheol groaned, running a hand through his hair, "God, you're such a child sometimes."
Jihoon tried his best not to break down in front of Seungcheol because that's the last thing he ever wanted to do. He doesn't want to look weak and pathetic. Sadly, his right eye betrayed him and a single tear ran down his cheek.
His fist were balled and his whole body was shaking in anger. He badly wanted to choke his lover but he knows he can't afford to do that to the man he loves.
"Oh yeah? And what are you gonna do about it?" Jihoon released a shaky sigh, wiping his tear-stained cheek and trying to act tougher as the seconds passes by.
"How about breaking it off with you? That'd be good."
Each word slipped off of Seungcheol's mouth easily. He even yawned, not minding the hurt and shock expression on the younger's face.
Jihoon couldn't understand how easy it was for Seungcheol to say those words to him. Is it that easy for Seungcheol to throw away their three-year relationship? Did he found another lover? Did his love fade already? How? Since when?
Thousands of questions flooded Jihoon's mind. The next thing he knows, a hand already flew across Seungcheol's face, making the elder widened his eyes in shock and wince in pain. That hit definitely hurt, considering that Jihoon really knows how to hit hard.
"Fuck you, Choi. Don't even bother talking to me." Jihoon ran up the stairs and entered their shared room. He grabbed his pillow and blanket, carrying it towards the guest room of the apartment, locking the door in the process.
He tried his best not to feel the hard pang on his chest as he laid down the cold and empty bed. Who would've thought that a simple fight could turn in to something like this. He didn't expect any of this to happen, since he knew the both of them loved each other.
Maybe, not all love stories work out in the end.
