③The Confusion Coefficient ((Leo Valdez x Reader, with Input from Annabeth))

You have to admit, even you don't fully understand Leo, your boyfriend.

You, Leo, Percy, and Annabeth are all hanging out in the Poseidon cabin, where no siblings would barge in and mess with you.

"So, ____, I have a question for you." Percy grins, leaning toward you.

"What, Kelp Head?" You sigh, rolling your eyes.

"Does anyone at all understand Leo?" He smiles.

Leo groans from his seat beside you. "Not again!"

You smirk, and begin speaking. "Well, no, because he's more confusing than calculating trigonometry."

"What?" Both Leo and Percy asks, giving you and Annabeth the exact same dumbstruck look.

Annabeth laughs, and winks at you. "Yes, more confusing than Schrödinger's cat."

"What?"

"More confusing than Einstein's theory of relativity." You add, nearly falling over.

"What?"

Annabeth grins. "More confusing than plate tectonics, string theory, and algebraic equations."

"Not to mention evolution, Möbius strips, and-"

Percy cuts you off. "Stop! My brain is going to explode!"

"Quick! Say something stupid!" Leo yells, jumping up.

"Or I could do this..." You stand, and put your arms around Leo's neck. You lean in, and press your lips against his, effectively shutting him up.

I laughed so hard writing this. I have a basic understanding of plate tectonics, trig, Möbius strips, algebra, and Schrödinger's cat. Other than that, it was completely confusing for myself.
