chapter six

There wasn't much Tyler would do in the forest.

Jump from one tree to another, kill the occasional human, play with animals.

The animals weirdly enjoyed his presence. They'd play with him as if he were one of them. He even somehow managed to connect all animals and they'd all play together.

Surely, being a teenager, he was a bit too old to play in the mud with forest animals. But he likes them more than his own family and they're the only frens he has. He loves these animals.

The night soon fell and he decided to stay the night under a tree. His parents stopped caring about him coming home anyway.

Yes, he was muddy. Yes, he was wet. Yes, his back was sore. Yes, he had the same books as yesterday.

But he didn't care.

He went to school anyways. The teachers hopefully won't dare to object into his red eyes.

Pro of looking scary.

Sure, some people would get really turned on, but most would get real scared of him.

He walked to the school building, unaware of them staring at him from distant bushes.

They took photos and even videos of Tyler's delicate, gracious movements. They took notes on how he looked and behaved. They did they best to come up with plans on how to catch the vampire boy.

But Tyler was unaware. He knew non of that.

"I'm so damn sorry!"

Tyler's eyes popped when the red haired boy ran into him in school.

"I'm so sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going and-"

"It's okay" Tyler assured loud enough for the boy to hear him. He looked three years older than Tyler; he was probably a senior.

The boy smiled innocently and Tyler's eyes shot up to his bright hair. He smiled at it, adoring the color.

The boy groaned "Don't look at it, it's disgusting, I know"

"I like it" Tyler commented, chuckling quietly.

"I usually have black hair, it's actually quite damn sexy, this was just a drunken dare" the boy explained, rolling his eyes jokingly.

The boy was cute. Tyler loved his black eyes, it was nice looking at them. His lips were plump and rosy, kinda like Tyler's. He had a pretty face in general also.

Tyler swore he saw the boy's eyes shine a bright yellow at one moment. He gulped at the sight. Was this boy supernatural like him? He had never met someone supernatural before.

The boy held an euphoric grin as if nothing happened "You're Tyler, right?"

Tyler blinked, suddenly feeling kind of anxious "Y- Yes"
