"i told her i saw you with another girl." jeongguk finally let go of taehyung's collar and took a few steps away from him.

"you know how much i fucking love her! you know how much i fucking care about her! you know i'd never do that to her, let alone anyone! why would you do that?"

taehyung started to chuckle. "it was supposed to be a joke—"

"yeah, just like all the other times that they were supposed to be jokes?"

taehyung became defensive. "she blew it way out of proportion—"

"don't you dare try to make this out to be her fault, because it is not. this is all you, taehyung."

"i'm sorry, it was supposed to be a joke."

"no, i'm sorry that you are so miserable that you feel the need to destroy my happiness! her happiness!"

taehyung pushed jeongguk, not too hard, but not exactly soft either. "look bud, i don't know who you calling miserable, but i know it's not me." jeongguk grabbed taehyung's collar and pushed him against the wall once again.

"this is the third time you've gotten in the way of my relationship. i'll be damned if you do it a fourth."

"dude, seriously, put me down."

"you're lucky i don't beat your fucking ass."

"do it then!!"

jeongguk let go of his collar, but never left taehyung's gaze. "no, it's not what she'd want.."

"but i guess that doesn't really matter anymore because you just ruined the relationship we have, so thanks, taehyung." he stared at taehyung as he got closer to the door, finally resting his hand on the knob.

"thanks for fucking up the one thing i had going for me." he slammed the door as he walked out.
