Ahsoka had been careful and had programmed the navigation computer so to get out of hyperspace behind the biggest planet, a gas giant, of the solar system containing Malachor. The two planets, the gas giant and Malachor, were in line at that time of the solar year. Any ship in the orbit of Malachor could not detect her that way. Making use of the nifty gadgets of the VT-49, she launched the search drone to scan the orbit of Malachor and the perimeter of the temple for any imperial presence.

Luckily there was nothing and she could safely approach the planet. Malachor was not inhabited by sentient beings and thus no ground control existed and she manually flew to the surface and landed the VT-49 in front of the temple. Then the drone came back into a compartment on the outside of the VT-49.

It was the day of days. After centuries, the key to get a physical life back, to restore their bodies, arrived. The 3 Siths were inconceivably happy and excited to see Ahsoka bringing them the key - the white Doan healing crystals. In their spirit form, they were dancing around like drunkards.

After the initial excitement had settled a bit, Ahsoka discussed how to proceed from here with them? They obviously had to wait in the temple, until their bodies had fully recovered, but there was no need for Ahsoka to remain. The Siths wanted the recharged energy cell inside the temple, because there they could best protect it. Without energy cell nobody could take their means of transport. Not that they believed someone was up for their old ship, but better safe than sorry. In addition she wrote the Com Link No. of one of her com links into the dust of one of the sarcophaguses and giving them another one. That way, the 3 could contact her once they were out of stasis. They inquired if she would not be here by then, by the time, they would come out of stasis? In response to their question, she wanted to know how long it would take for them to regain their full life? They estimated 6-9 months. Considering the long time, she informed them, that she wanted to run some biz on Coruscant and depending how long it would take her, she might not be back at exactly the right time. After all, the exact day could not be determined at the moment.

Thereafter came the tough part for her, the part giving her the creeps. Waveringly she asked: "Do you regard my training being complete?"

First Darth Letho replied: "Yes, though there is one more thing though, which I wanted to try with you, before you leave. I wanted to do one more training session with you."

She hesitated and trembled, but then asked: "Would you nominate me as a Sith master then?"

The three were puzzled, given Ahsoka's earlier reluctance, but agreed, that she would fully qualify for a Sith master and they could nominate her immediately. This they did with Darth Letho taking care of the official part, going through a bit of a ceremony, rather than doing it non-chalantly. He put an official, solemn and important tone to his voice and began: "Apprentice Ahsoka, you have successfully finished your training with flying colors and with pride and exitement we nominate you a Sith master. With the blessing of all Sith predecessors, you are a Sith now."

On top, Darth Toth reminded her: "You are allowed to wear the title Darth. I guess you know? Which name do you want to give yourself?"

Ahsoka choked, then proclaimed: "My name is Darth Ahsoka." Right after it had come out of her mouth, she had to cough. Darth stood against everything she had fought for all these years. Darth stood for the oppression of people, not for their freedom. The title stood for abuse, not for help. It stood for war, not for peace.

The 3 Sith had different associations with the title though, and jeered: "Bravo."

Darth Ra Tak pocked: "Where's the Champaign? Eh Letho, don't tell me, you forgot to get Champaign to cheer?"
