Greg and Guillermo locked fists and began clashing. While that was going on, Aries was clashing with the god of lightning. "Do you know who you're dealing with?" Lightning asked. "An asshole who can't fight because he's a wuss?" Aries answered. "That may be the first time anyone has ever insulted me like that," Lightning said. "It won't be the last, you idiot," Aries said, as she dashed at him. She landed a kick in him, which sent him flying. Lightning stopped himself, and shot a bolt of lightning at Aries. She dodged and released a tidal wave from her hands. Lightning dodged, but was knocked to the side after the water followed him. He then noticed that it wasn't liquid water. It was solid ice. "I have the power of ice as well," Aries said. Lightning then moved toward Aries, and he shot another bolt of lightning at her, she dodged. "You missed me," Aries said. "Or did I?" Lightning asked. Aries was confused, then she looked behind her, and saw the bolt of lightning shoot back around. She barely moved out of the way, and was struck in the leg. She landed, and knelt down. "You're a fool," Lightning said. "No, you won't win," Aries said, as she got back up and ran to punch him. She was then stopped, and was in total shock.
Greg looked away from his battle, and saw what had happened. He stood petrified, as did Natalie, whom was fighting the god of fire. They saw the blood drip onto the ground, and immediately started running to the scene. Aries looked down and saw a blade of lightning that went through her stomach. The blade disappeared, and she fell to the ground. Greg ran to her, and held her head in his hand. "No, Aries, no no no," Greg spurted. Aries looked at Greg, and poked his forehead with two fingers. "Greg, please, don't lose to them," Aries whispered. "But what about you?" Greg asked. "If you die, you won't exist." "I already exist," Aries said. "I'm your daughter, and I'm waiting for you back home." Greg broke down crying. "Don't die... daddy," Aries whispered, then slowly let out a long breath. Greg felt her neck, then her wrist. He couldn't believe it. She was gone. Greg let out an almost silent scream. "What's the matter?" Lightning said. "The only thing that you can do is die, it's pointless to resist." Greg stood, not saying anything, and he looked at the gods. "You condescending, sadistic assholes," Greg said. "You turn my brother, and now you kill my daughter." Lightning and black fire surrounded Greg, who walked slowly. "I won't forgive you!!" Greg shouted. He dashed at the god of lightning, and kicked him in the face. He went flying, and landed in the dirt. "Lightning!" The god of fire screamed. "I think you're forgetting someone," Natalie said. She then punched Fire in the face, which caused him to be knocked down, and then he got back up. The fight between Natalie and the god of fire commenced. Greg continued his fight against Lightning.
Star had been standing off to the side, then, she noticed something in the direction of Aries' body. She was glowing, ever so faintly. She walked towards her, and she saw it, the glow got brighter. She stood near Aries, and held her hand above her. Then, a blue vine like substance covered her arm. It disappeared, revealing a mark, the mark that Aries had on her hand. "I understand now," Star said. She rushed into the fight.
Guillermo had been knocked down, and was in deep thought. His mind and heart were at war with each other. "What is this?" Guillermo said. "What am I feeling?" Guillermo grabbed his chest and started crying. "They lied to me," Guillermo said. "The gods lied to me!!" Guillermo stood up, and he opened his eyes. A new fire was ignited.
