Greg had spent the last four hours driving to the harbor. Nightfall came, everyone was asleep. "Anyone still up?" Greg asked. "How you doing?" Natalie answered. "How come you're not asleep?" Greg asked. "Well, uhh..." Natalie trailed off. "Reanimation, got it, so, you don't have to sleep?" Greg asked. "Yeah, which I actually kinda miss," she said. "Well, it hasn't been the same without you," Greg said. "It couldn't be that different," Natalie said. "It's true, Nat," Star said, groggily. "What are you doing up?" Greg asked. "Can't sleep, plus, I heard you two talking," Star said. "Nat, Greg has been depressed for the past eight months since you died." Natalie looked at Greg. "Look, it's nothing, let's just get to the harbor," Greg said. He shed a tear.
They got to the harbor, and everyone got out of the car. They were all tired. "So, now what?" Guillermo asked. "We're jacking a boat," Greg said. "Why don't we just rent one?" Star asked. "Okay, I'll get right on that, who's over here in the dead of night, just us," Greg said, sarcastically. "Uh, guys," Guillermo said. "You know, you don't have to be sarcastic about everything," Star said. "Oh, I'm sorry, it's just that some ideas that are spat out are kind of ridiculous given the circumstances," Greg shouted. "Guys!!" Guillermo screamed. "What?!" Everyone screamed. "I found the solution to our problem," Guillermo said. He walked onto a boat, and found the keys. "Very irresponsible of the people running this," Guillermo said. Aries got on, Natalie and Star followed, Greg hopped on last. "Let's get out of here, do we have enough gas?" Greg asked. Star opened the door to the deck, and saw eight cartons of gas, or whatever the thing is called. "I'd say we're covered," Star said. "Then we go now," Greg said, as he took the controls. He drove off and headed toward Bermuda. He got out away from the harbor and stopped it. "Okay, I think we should drift for a while, we need sleep," Greg said. "Agreed," everyone said nonchalantly.
Morning came, Aries woke up and walked out on the deck. She saw her mom looking at the sea, and stood next to her. "Did anybody else wake up?" Natalie asked. "No, they're pretty exhausted," Aries said. A minute of silence fell between them, yet, it felt like hours, almost days. "Hey mom?" Aries asked. "What is it, Aries?" Natalie answered. "I have to know, with Greg, why is he like this?" She asked. Natalie fell silent, she looked around the boat to make sure no one else was listening. "It's my fault he's like this," Natalie said. "What do you mean?" Aries asked. "During the tournament, your father made a promise to protect me, which ended up being a weakness," Natalie explained. "Connor had sent a clone of me to cheat on him, to break his spirit, which it did." "But, your grandfather, helped him bring me back," Natalie shed a tear. "Afterwards, the final fight between Connor and Greg ensued, he killed me, cut off your fathers arm, and tried to kill him," the tears continued falling. "Your grandfather sacrificed himself so that Greg could live, and between my death and his, Greg flew into a rage that was uncontrollable," Natalie cried. "He won, but, the cost was months of trauma that felt like years to him." Aries fell silent, and shed a tear. "But, he's going to fight false gods, a death wish, but, he's not afraid," Aries said. "Because he's got his friends behind him, and he'll do anything to protect them," Natalie said. "Not only that, he has you, his daughter, and that alone gives him more strength than any god could." "But, why?" Aries asked. "Because, I love you," someone said. They looked behind them and saw Greg standing. "How much of that did you hear?" Natalie asked. "I heard enough," Greg said. "Natalie, the trauma I dealt with wasn't your fault, nor my dads, I dealt through it." Greg stood next to Aries, and hugged her. "Aries, you are my greatest achievement, and my greatest strength." "I know you don't get why, believe me, I didn't understand it for the longest time, but, it's just something that happens when you become a parent," Greg choked. "Aries, I may have had you at a very young age, but, I wouldn't trade it for the world, you are my everything, my strength, my pride, but most importantly, you are my daughter, and I love you," Greg said. Aries started crying, and hugged her father. "I'm sorry, I didn't know," Aries said. "That's alright, I'm happy that you were told," Greg said. "But, the others are waking up, we should get ready to move." They walked inside, Guillermo was up making some breakfast, and Star was checking the medical supplies. "Hey Greg, come here," she said. He sat with her, "What's up?" Greg asked. "I found some things for your arm, why don't we check it out?" Star said. Greg looked pale, "That's not necessary," Greg said. "Why not?" Star asked. Greg sighed, as he removed the bandages from his left arm. They came off, to reveal... nothing. Greg's left arm, was nothing. Everyone stared in shock. "Wait, but, you held it up," Star said. "How is that possible?" "I still have nerve endings in my upper arm, near my muscle, but, as for the rest of my arm, there was nothing the doctors could do," Greg said. "So, I bandaged it up to look like a hand, so that way you guys wouldn't worry." Natalie shook her head. "Also, your father has it in his head that we won't worry if he does the stupidest things, sometimes," Natalie told Aries. "Hey, come on, I didn't want to make them worry," Greg said. "Yeah, next, you'll fall overboard, and you won't scream because you don't want to make us worry," Natalie said. "Well, that's a different story," Greg said. Everyone laughed. "You guys suck," Greg said, as he laughed.
