Chapter sixteen:

Hermione's POV :

As soon as I entered the common room I realized two things.Harry and Ron were not around.
The common room was oddly silent, usually it was pretty loud in here.

My fellow classmates were looking at me with surprised expressions and others expressions of rage. I guess some people still hated slytherins, and and didn't like the idea of house unity.

"Hermione, is it true?" Neville asks. "What, Ron told us?"

The whole common room were listening. Why doesn't everyone mind their own business?

"Look, what's this about?" Ginny asks, looking fit to kill someone for me.

"Ron told us all that Hermione and Malfoy are together." Neville said and I felt my turn red with anger.

How dare he tell all of Gryffindor!

"Where is Ron!" I snarl.

People look surprised by my outburst.

"Him and Harry are up in their room." Dean says.

"Look Ron is lying so all go about your business!" Ginny yells.
I shoot Ginny a look of gratitude.

"C'mon let's go talk with Ron!" I say angrily.

Before I know it I am charging into Ron's room with Ginny right behind me.

"How could you?!" I yell.
Harry and Ron's heads dart around to me.

"How could you!" Ron yells.

"You've got it all wrong!" I yell.

"Dont lie to me! Merlin knows what you've done with him! I can't even look at you!" Ron shouts turning his head for effect.

"Hey! What about Lavender always sucking your face!" I yell back.

"That's not the only thing she's been sucking." He yells and I stare at him open mouthed.

"She looked exactly like you right now." He sneers.

"Why do you even care? Draco's a far better guy than you lately!" I shout.

"Hardly. When did you even start calling him Draco? He's been our enemy for years!" Ron shouts.

"He's changed and Ginny agrees!" I say and the guys both look shocked.

"Has he really Ginny?" Harry asks.

"He certainly has!" Ginny says and Ron's look of rage is actually funny. "Ron you've changed too but for the worst!" Ginny shouts.

"You're my sister!" Ron shouts.

"I know but sometimes I wish I wasn't." Ginny yells her voice cracking.

"This is all your fault." Ron yells to me.

"It's not, why do you even care." I ask.

"Because I love you! " Ron yells and my mouth drops open.

Draco Malfoy POV:

I entered my common room and my gang of so called friends were sitting on the couches laughing amongst another.

"Hey mate." A voice greeted me as I entered my room.

"Blaise." I acknowledge.

"We need to talk." He said.

"About?" I asked innocently.

"Your new girl." He said and I brace myself.

I knew this was coming but now that it's here I have no words whatsoever.

"I don't know what you're talking about." I lie.

"Oh you do." Blaise said with a wink.

"I don't want to talk about it." I snap.

"So you admit there is a girl." Blaise says with a smirk.

"Maybe." I say.

"Who would of thought that you would be seeing Potter's girlfriend behind his back." Blaise sneered.

"W-What?" I stutter.

"It's okay I saw you both together I know." Blaise said. This guy was an idiot. Never is a million years would I date a Weasley.

"No you don't." I snap.

"I do c'mon Malfoy stop denying." Blaise said.

"I am not going out with Potter's girlfriend. It's Hermione Granger actually that I'm seeing." I say and he starts laughing.

"Good one mate" He says and I roll my eyes.

"I'm not joking." I say seriously and watch his face drop.

"Granger?" Blaise shouts looking at me like I've grown another head.
