"You guys know this song makes me cry." I said, into the microphone but, directed to the guys.

Drew whispered to me which parts I was to sing.

The chorus and join him on his second solo.

The crowd screamed, the entire place boomed.

Then, it hit me.

I'd performed in front of thousands of people.

Drew's POV:

I looked over and watched as Ryder began to shake, her eyes wide, skin pale with goose-bumps.

Shit.

I grabbed her just as she almost passed out and pulled her backstage.

"Stay here." I said to Keaton and Wes as I walked off.

I sat her down on the couch in the dressing room as I shook her.

I never wanted to have to do this.

I felt my palm connect with her cheek. Creating a skin-to-skin contact noise.

Her eyes opened instantly as she looked around.

"What happened?" She asked.

"You had an anxiety attack." A woman who worked at the stage said.

I should've known this would happen. She's never performed in front of large crowds. I feel horrible.

"Go back Drew." Ryder mumbled.

"But-" I started.

"Go." She smiled.

"Ok." I said, kissing the top of her head and ran out back on stage.

I feel so distant from her now. Like, she's millions of miles away. I miss her being in eye sight.

Even if she is just backstage.

She's back there going through a ton of stress and it kills me that I can't help her.

Keaton, Wes and I finished up the last song, Nothing To Lose and I quickly ran backstage.

But, she wasn't there.

"Where's Ryder?" I panicked.

"She went back out with Kelsey, her brother, and everyone." Ranel said.

Just as he said that, everyone, including Ryder, came in.

"Why'd you go back out?" I asked, pulling Ryder into a deep hug.

"I didn't want to miss anything." She smiled up at me, tears in her eyes.

"Why are you crying, sweetheart?" I asked, wiping away a single tear that shed down her cheek.

"I'm just so proud of you." She smiled as she wrapped her arms around me again, squeezing the life out of me. But, I never mind much.

Her hugs literally never get old.

Ryder's POV:

I know, I haven't supported the boys from the beginning but, you can't blame me.

I was in an orphanage and never really had the opportunity to hear about new bands.

At the end of the day, I support them just as much as anyone else.

These boys are literally my sunshine.
