Ryder's POV:

"Julianna!" I almost screeched when She opened her door.

"Oh my God!" She said as she pulled me into an extremely tight hug.

"I missed you so much." I said. "Where are the guys?"

"They should be here any second." She replied just before they ran in through the door, all trying to get through at once.

"I missed you so fucking much." I said, pulling Nick into my arms.

"Never leave for that long again. Please." He whispered.

"I promise I won't." I said before letting go and pulling Austin in for a hug.

"I missed you." He said.

"I missed you too." I smiled before hugging Kian.

"You guys wanna go hang at the beach?" Nick suggested, all of us agreeing.

"Yeah, lemme just go talk to Drew." I said and walked outside and across the street where Drew was.

"Hey, were gonna go to the beach. That cool with you?" I asked him.

"Yeah, your stuff is in the trunk of the range rover." He said.

I walked out to the parking lot, getting into the car and pulling out what I needed.

I jogged across the street to Julianna's to change.

"I'll see you later." I said, hugging Nick as I walked out his door.

I had went back to his place with him since we had months of catching up to do.

I walked the short distance from Nick's to the Stromberg's.

"Ryder, were gonna do some skating tomorrow, you up for it?" Keaton asked when I got inside.

"Yeah totally." I smiled. It's been forever since I've skated with them.

I quietly walked upstairs, being told that Laraine had already fallen asleep.

I got my shower, changing into a pair of black shorts and an Emblem3 tank.

I looked at my top, starting to sob a bit.

I texted Keaton, too embarrassed to go downstairs.

'to Keats: Can you come up to the bathroom? It's an emergency. (Yes, I'm fully clothed.)'

The little thing popped up under the message, informing me that he had read it before I heard foot steps walking towards the door.

"Ry- are you okay?" He asked.

"Yeah, I just have a question."

"Anything." He said, seriously.

He's always super serious when I'm upset. I guess it's an over-protective thing.

(A/N: Admit it, over-protective Keaton would be pretty hot.)

"Are you guys still going to call it Emblem3?" I asked, wiping away the last few tears.

"Yes. Of course. We could never change the name." He assured me.

"Good." I said. "I just didn't think this was going to end so soon."

"It's not ending, sweet heart. It's just beginning. I swear."

"Okay." I said, pulling him into a hug. "Thank you for aways being there for me. I love you Keats."

"I love you too Ryder." He smiled.

"You're my best friend, you know that, right?" I said.

"You're mine too." He said, kissing my forehead before I went into the guest room.

I laid down, before quickly falling asleep.
