Ryder's POV:

I woke up, the clock reading 10:45 am.

I sat up and made me way to the kitchen.

"Good morning." Drew said, pulling me into a hug. I could tell he just woke up too.

"You hungry, Ryder?" Breezie asked, putting bread in the toaster.

"Uh, I'll just have an apple. Not really hungry." I said.

"Are you okay?" Keaton whispered when I sat next to him.

"Yeah." I assured him.

I ate my apple in peace until Tyler came running into the kitchen, making a ton of noise. Sometimes he can be quite the morning person.

"Good morning, beautiful." He smiled, kissing me softly.

"Good morning." I smiled back.

"Sup guys." Wes said walking in. "Were leaving in an hour to go skate."

I went upstairs to get a shower.

I blow dried my hair, leaving it in it's curls. I put on a Bring Me the Horizon t-shirt and black skinny jeans.

I put on my make-up and put in my contacts and a white beanie with my red vans.

I jogged down the steps quickly to see Kenny.

"Kenny!" I yelled, running to him, pulling him into a hug. "I missed you."

"I missed you too kid-o." He said, swinging me around.

"Is Kyle coming?" I asked as soon as he decided to put me back down.

"Were meeting him there." He said.

"You guys ready?" Drew asked, coming downstairs.

"Yep." I said, walking out the door with the guys.

--

We were about an hour into skating when we were literally swarmed by teenage girls.

I pushed my way through trying to find someone, eventually finding Kyle.

He helped me through the crowd of about forty girls.

I looked over to see Tyler talking to some girls. Immediately feeling insecure.

They're tall, skinny, pretty and most likely closer to his age than I am.

And they made him laugh and smile.

"Ryder what are you look- oh." Drew said.

He pulled me into a side hug.

"I'm sure it's nothing." He said.

We got back in the car, waiting for the rest of the guys.

I just couldn't get the image of Tyler with those girls out of my head.

I completely ignored everyone the entire time.

We got back to the house, I quickly went inside, just wanting to be alone.

"Ryder, what's wrong?" Tyler asked. I passed him without a response, running upstairs.

"Ryder, please open the door." Tyler said, heavily knocking on it.

"What?" I asked, irritation obvious in my speech.

"What's wrong?"

"You. You were flirting with those girls. I get it. They're skinnier, prettier, taller, probably smarter, and closer to your age than me. I get it. I'm not enough. I mean look at me. I'm huge." I yelled but, then started to tear up.

"Babe, they nothing to me. You're amazing. Your height, weight, age, intellectual level, are two hundred times better than yours, and believe me you are so fucking gorgeous." He said, pulling me into his arms.

We laid down, cuddling, his warmth comforting me.

"And I know I'm a horrible singer. But, let me sing to you." He said, I nodded in response.

"I don't need a girl to worry about a thigh gap,

I like the fact that you don't give a shit about that,

You're still sexy if you eat more than salad on a date oh whoa,

'Cause real girls eat cake.

To me you're prettier than Adriana Lima,

The way you work it when you're looking in the mirror.

When you're with me you can be who you are for fuck sake oh whoa,

'Cause real girls eat cake."

"You're an amazing singer. And thank you." I smiled, kissing him.

"But, really? That song?" I laughed.

"At least I wasn't being cliché." He laughed.

The next words that flew out of his mouth stunned me.

"I love you."
