I zipped up my pants and fastened the button. That didn't go as planned at all. I had told myself that it wasn't good for the process to sleep with her right after she had a temper tantrum about me only wanting her for sex, but I couldn't help it. And it wasn't like I compelled her either. She wanted me and who was I to say no.
I sat back down on the edge of her bed, my torso exposed with my back facing her. She approached me tentatively.
I could feel her palpable uneasiness. Who could really blame her though, I had that effect on everyone. And for good reason too.
I was once told that I looked dangerous. They were completely right. Every one of my features made hunting easy; from my eyes, even to the way I smelled. I was perfectly designed to kill.
Her delicate hand made contact with my bare back and I almost shivered. Her hands made confident strokes against my back as she geared up to speak until I turned my head to look at her, my eyes piercing through her. Whatever she was about to say died in her throat.
I sighed, fighting the urge to roll my eyes. "What is it?"
"I- uh...thought something was wrong."
In one motion, I stood up and turned to face her, thoroughly startling her. I smiled at her reaction. "Why're you stuttering?"
She shrugged her shoulders in response.
I raised an eyebrow in amusement. "Words baby. You have to learn how to speak to me so lets try again. Why're you stuttering?"
"I don't know," she said quietly.
"What happened to all that confidence you had when you were cursing at me or better yet when you were riding me?"
She blushed and looked down. "It's not the same."
"I'm sorry, what was that? You have to speak up." I leaned in closer to "hear her better". If possible her already rapid heartbeat increased.
She spoke up. "It's not the same."
"And why is that?"
"Because."
"Look at me when I'm talking to you," I demanded, taking her chin between my two fingers. "Because. What. Jayde."
Her jaw tightened in annoyance, but she held my eyes in compliance. She was a very quick learner, partly because she was just a little fearful of me. She was proving to be a bit unruly. I hadn't realized any of this until I had a sober moment with her, but she had a difficult time giving up power. At times it was irritating, but at others it turned me on or amused me.
"You're...different," she finished vaguely. I let go of her chin and sat down beside her.
"I am different," I agreed easily. "And better than anyone else you'll ever meet."
And just like that her confidence had returned. I could see the embers of the dying fire in her eyes ignite again. I smiled at the sight. I liked my women submissive, but I also liked them to have a mind of their own. I needed balance. Submission in some areas and defiance in others.
It was nice to have somebody that didn't always obey me. I didn't have to teach her to have some type of resilience or defiance to her character which spared me a lot of time.
I had been known to invest two years into one girl just to get her to build enough confidence to have an opinion of her own. These things didn't just magically happen overnight.
I laughed. "What? Do you not agree with me?"
She shrugged. "That's just a lot to live up to."
"I've had a long time to live up to it."
