I'm so not thinking about other people's emotions or feelings.
"What happened? Explain!" Ella asks while she walks towards me, then she hugs me.
"Mike!" I whisper.
"Relax, tell me, what happened?" Ella gives me a compassionate gaze.
I look at Ella with my sad face.
"He admitted that he loved me and I think I crushed his heart" I sigh."Oh, my! Heart crusher Anna has arrived!" Ella giggles.
"Quit it. I'm not in a joking mood. I'm a terrible person. Just like that other guy I don't want to say his name, did to me. Now I have done the same to Mike!" I sigh and close my eyes for a few seconds.
"I think you like Mike! Why would you care so much if you hurt his feelings otherwise." Ella grins.
"Girls!" Camilia shouts and she comes into the kitchen with a bunch of white cards, the party invitations.
"I thought I gave them out?" Ella says, she looks surprised as she receives them in her hands.
"Well ... Apparently, you didn't!" Camilia grimace.
"It's fine. I'm not in a party mood!" I say and my voice sounds bitter.
"But... Camilia and I looked forward to a party. Oh well, looks like the day can't get any worse!" Ella gives out a deep sigh.
After a few seconds have passed by, Ella's phone on the dinner table lights up.
Ella picks up the phone. She reads, what probably is just a text message from someone.
"Wait, it could! The day just got even worse!" Ella says and what rarely happens with Ella happens today. Many tears find their way down Ella's cheeks."I hate Erik!" Ella cries and in the next couple of minutes, Ella is trying to get rid of me and Camilia by trying really hard to push us out through the front door.
"Relax Ella! I'm your best friend. Let's talk!" I try to cheer Ella up.
It's never easy to try to cheer someone else up if you are already sad. It just doesn't work then."Tomorrow we can talk, but I need you both to leave my house. I need this day to cry out! Sorry, but since no one received any invitation. Let's cancel it the party!" Ella sobs.
"Okay. Call me if you need me!" I say and hug Ella.
"I will!" Ella tries to smile, but I can see through her that the trying to smile part is painful for her.

I sit in front of my computer, looking at weird YouTube videos that only makes me cringe. Suddenly the doorbell goes off.
"I will open!" I scream in spite of the fact that I'm home alone.
I walk towards the living room. I open the door, there is Mike and a bunch of chocolate muffins with heart-shaped sprinkles.
What does he do here? I rejected him, didn't I? Why is he here?
"Hey!" Mike says and he looks really shy."Hey!" I respond while I look surprised in a positive way.
"I don't want to bother you or anything. I'm not even going to ask you out, I promise!" Mike speaks with a soft tone.
"Then what are you doing here?" I stare at him with a confused look on my face.
"Well ... After you, did you know, rejected me ... I decided to go home and bake muffins, then my mom found out that I'd baked, so she told me to get rid of them because I've diabetes. Plus, because I don't have as many friends to give the muffins too, so I decided to give you all the muffins." Mike says.
