"Karla!" My mom rushed into my room as I looked at her with a confused look on my face. "Guess what?!"

"What?..." I asked slowly. My mom had a big smile on her face.

"Your manager called me and you're invited to a casting!"

"Really?!" I said happily, I jumped off my bed and hugged her. "What movie?"

"I believe it's called Richie Rich."

"When's the casting?"

"Next Tuesday. We will have to go to Los Angeles." Well, that was obvious. Always the movie auditions are held in LA. The only disadvantage was that it is a long way by plane and car.

"They also invited that Culkin boy from Home Alone."

"Macaulay Culkin? Really?" I smiled. "I'm gonna be in the movie with him?"

"We'll see how the auditions go." She raised her eyebrows. "If you both do good, I believe you two will get the parts." She winked at me and left the room.

I was excited for being in a movie with Macaulay because firstly, we were good friends; secondly, he was a great actor!

---

"Briiiiaaaan!" I yelled as I saw him with his friends outside. "You won't believe this, you won't believe this!" I screamed right in front of his face.

"Karla, calm down and tell me what happened like a normal person. You sound like the time Michael Jackson invited you to his Neverland ranch." I crossed my arms and rolled my eyes but continued talking:

"Mom got a call from my manager and said that I've been invited to a casting!" I started jumping as I couldn't hide my happiness. Brian smiled at me.

"Well congratulations then!" He screamed at my face like I did to him before. "But that's a normal thing though. You'll have to get used to it, since you didn't for the past three years." I rolled my eyes.

"It's always exciting to hear that someone wants you to play a part in a movie."

Everyone started to congratulate me and tell me that I'll win the casting and that I'll do very well.

"And maybe I'll get to be in this movie with Macauley Culkin!" I say as everyone starts to laugh at me and my happiness.

"So you'll have to go to Los Angeles, right?" Asked Nick and I nodded.

"Yeah for a few days, maybe more."

"You know, next week we're gonna perform." What? Why hasn't Brian told me of that?!

"What?!"

"We're gonna perform in a charity gala in Fort Lauderdale." Kevin said.

"And why haven't you told me?" I crossed my arms and watched them with a killing expression on my face.

"Ugh..."
"Ummm..."
"Ehhh..." they all started to open their mouths and stare at me with fear on their faces. Everyone knows that you don't mess with Karla, otherwise things get pretty bad.

"So?" I kept staring at them with that dead face.

"Look Karla, we're sorry! We forgot to tell you." Brian said and lifted his hands up in defence. It was funny how I was the shortest and youngest but everyone was afraid of me. "We just didn't want to stress you more. You have this all movie stuff going on."

"Now I'll miss your show, because you didn't tell me." I crossed my arms and headed towards my house. "And at the moment I'm not busy with movie stuff." I yelled as I turned back to the boys. I faced the house again, walked inside and smashed the door.
