What I Say:
I absolutely love this quote probably because I love to read and because it's so true. People who enjoy books somehow seem more intelligent and in touch with reality. Although you can find refuge from life's problems in fantastical worlds, literature can also teach us about human nature. Like Cyril Connolly said, if we actually use our brains while reading, we'll learn something about life and be the wiser for it!
