guess who is back in town

as rachel was getting her coat on after finishing a day of rehearsals for thoroughly modern millie she jumped as she opened her dressing room door as santana was stood there.

" santana " rachel exclaimed

" well berry i thought i would drop by to see how you and mr smirky were getting on" santana said

" great everything is great " rachel said unable to stop the huge smile on her face

" so its more than lust then good for you" santana said as the two of them left the theatre.

" yes" rachel said

" who would have ever thought one you would be with meerkat two that i played a big part in setting you up with him or three that he would turn out to be one of the goodest of good guys" santana said

" i guess you cant judge people on how they behave during a show choir competition" rachel giggled

" show choir are you talking about me" sebastian said wrapping his arms around her waist from behind.

" what you doing here" rachel asked

" well santana text to say she was in town and asked if i could spare you for a few hours of dinner and i said yes then changed my mind... just kidding a group of us are having dinner" sebastian said

" yeah come on" santana said linking rachels right arms as sebastian now had hold of her left hand and the three of them walked down the block.

as they turned the corner rachel saw thad hunter puck kurt blaine and trent all stood waiting outside a restaurant.

" i told you he wasnt running late i said he would have gone to her " blaine said

once they were all sat round the table and had ordered they began to talk.

" so santana why did you request we all go to dinner" kurt asked rachel had no idea what was going on

" well guess who is going to be in a commercial" santana said

" seriously " rachel said

" yep your now looking at the new face for yeast a stat" santana said

" isnt that for women's problems " puck said

" yep it might not be the most glamorous gig but its a start of my meteoric rise to superstardom" santana said

" well done and your not the only one with big news" thad said

" thad i told you santana doesnt like to share her thunder" sebastian said

" what is it" rachel asked

" no i dont want to ruin santana's night" sebastian said

" your being humble i dont like it" hunter said

" he is being made a partner at the firm" thad said

" thats amazing " rachel said hugging him

" thank you i had planned to tell you tonight" sebastian said before kissing her.

" its great but im going to be on tv" santana said

" i think a toast is inorder to the bright future ahead of all of us and to sharing the special moments with each other" kurt said

"  well said" trent said

one week later

rachel was once again sat in her lawyers office waiting for jesse sebastian was dutifully by her side as jesse and his lawyer walked in.

" my client wishes to talk to his wife alone" jesse's lawyer said

" no way" wells said

" im tired of all this" jesse said

" you caused it" sebastian said

" i have put off the divorce as i had hope we would reconsile but i see now that there is no hope of that" jesse said

" what do you want" rachel asked

" i get the apartment i keep my money you keep yours " jesse said

" you do realise my client could still press charges " wells said

" fine a quarter of my money plus her own then we sign and walk out of this office and never see each other again" jesse said

" couldnt have said it better myself" sebastian said jesse glared at him.

" deal" rachel said

" though if he doesn contact rachel we will go to the police " sebastian said

" agreed" jesse said

an hour later rachel left the office no longer a married woman she couldnt belive it she thought jesse would drag it out for months now she was finally free of him.

" so shall we let the gang know and celebrate tonight" sebastian said hugging her

" no" rachel said

" no" sebastian asked

"we can tell them tomorrow tonight i just want to celebrate with you" rachel said

" great idea lets pick up a bottle of champagne on our way home" sebastian said
