"Hey, drea," Zayn caught up with me.

"Hey, z." I smiled at him.

"So...I was wondering if you were free later after school." He said, well it kinda sounded like a question.

"Yeah, why?" I asked.

"I, uh, wanted to ask you out on a date." He shyly replied, shoving his hands in his pockets. He looked so cute there in his batman shirt and skinny jeans. Ugh. Why do they all have to be so darn cute?

But I honestly don't think I should say yes what with Luke and all.

"I'm sorry, z. I'm still in a daze here. I don't think that it's the right time for a date. I'm really sorry. I would love to go out with you had it not been for the circumstances." I put a hand on his arm.

His face dropped but he quickly put on a smile.

"It's okay. I understand. But can we like be friends, though?" He asked, hope obvious on his face.

"Definitely." I grinned at him. "Anyways, I gotta go. I might be late for my next class, again. See ya later." I patted his arm before sprinting down the hallway.

Zayn was a really nice guy but it was too soon to go out with him. I knew that doing so would make the whole situation with Luke much worse.

I was making my way towards my english class when a hand suddenly shot out of no where, grabbing my wrist and pulling me in the janitor's closet. I yelped as I was dragged inside and my kidnapper quickly covered my mouth.

I swear, if this was Jacob again, I won't hesitate to beat the crap out of him. I've had enough of his bullshit.

"I swear, if you're Jacob, I will kill you." I threatened the darkness. "Just leave me alone, you asshole."

"So I'm Jacob now?" I gasped and the person turned the light on.

Luke had a playful smirk on his ever so handsome face.

"I-I didn't...." I look down at the now interesting floor.

"It's okay. I know what you've been through." He smiled sadly at me.

I merely nodded.

"Look," He started. "I'm really sorry for being the biggest jerk in the universe. I didn't think you'd be mad for not mentioning who Laura was. But you're right. She is my sister and the only reason I reacted that way to her arrival was because I knew something would go terribly wrong whenever she came around. But that's no excuse for not contacting you. I guess it just slipped my mind.

"I'm sorry that I was mean to your new found friends since it was my fault anyway. I shouldn't have let her take your place knowing it would hurt you. But mostly, I'm sorry for leaving you out of the blue. I didn't realize how I wanted to be with you in every second of everyday. I missed the way you would be blushing when I'd compliment you and tell you how beautiful you are. The way you smile and laugh at every little thing. The way you scold me and talk back at me. You treat me like shit and I love it. I know that sounds so fucking stupid but it's true. You make me feel normal. Everyone tiptoes around me and agrees with everything I say. But you, you don't care about my family. You don't care about who I am. You put up with my shit even though I'm a complete ass and you deserve so much better. I know it's to early to say this, but I think I love you."
