At first, I thought that the trees were the ones tapping on the window. But then, I remembered. We had no trees.

This caused me to sit straight up. The tapping got louder and I made an inhumane noise. I was having a very good dream. Something about being able to fly and having x-ray vision. Eh. Who cares. Dreams are weird.

I groaned and pushed back the covers, but then the tapping stopped. I rushed towards the window and looked out tosee nobody there. Well that was fast.

I glanced at the clock. 1:35 pm. I rolled my eyes and scratched my head. Now I really regret not wearing earphones to bed.

Just as I turned away, I noticed a small folded note by the window pane, under a small pot with a white rose in it. Just like the flower Luke gave me. Must be from him.

I opened the window and got both things then sat back down on my bed.

I opened the blue scented paper, reading its content. No doubt it was from Luke.

Adrianne,

                 Since we are now, you know, together, I'd like to take you out on a date. Get dressed, I'll be waiting by your front door in an hour.

That boy! He is gonna get it from me. He saw me sleeping! Besides, there isn't anything wrong with Teletubbies! They're my favorite. I mean who wouldn't want televisions for their stomachs?

I put the note and flower on my desk before heading to the bathroom for a nice warm shower.

I dried myself up quickly, leaving my hair to get dried on its own. It gets all wavy when I just let it be. Just the way I like it. [A/N that's the way uhuh uhuh I like it uhuh uhuh lol bad pun haha you may continue]

I put on my underwear and some cycling shorts before putting a light blue flowy sundress on and my gold criss-cross sandals.

I inspected myself in the mirror before decide I was done. I decided against make-up because I do despise it with passion.

I slung my purse across my body before heading downstairs.

"Woah kid, where are you going?" James asked once I went in the kitchen to get some food.

"Going somewhere?" Lily added.

"Luke's taking me out on a date." I mumbled, kinda embarassed about having to tell them. I got some corn flakes and mik then poured it in a bowl.
