"We'v lost her Eric the detective just confirmed it".my wife said as she sat on the floor leaning her back on the wall like one who's beign diagnosed of cancer.
Apparently the detective just left us now with some heart breaking news ,according to his findings villaggers who shared the River with the school of resurrection confirmed to have seen a female corpse on black under wear with a hairless head, lying at the River bank so they called the cops but before the cops could show up, the corpse mysteriously disappeared.
When the cops showed up pictures of the corpse were shown to the cops in other to give them a head start on what they were gonna search for.
The cops searched all over for the corpse but they couldn't find it, instead the found dry blood all over the spot in which the corpse laid and when samples were taken to blood lab for confirmation.
Turns out, the blood belonged to Rachel, and we confirmed her to be the corpse in the pictures.
My pretty daughter gave up her hair, just to prove to us that she could be a better child.God why did you allow me to do this to my child.
Who took my daughter's corpse ?and where did they take it to? Why didn't they just let me see her corpse atleast,to behold her one last time so I , her mother, and her sister could pay our last respect!!!
And that was how I lost my daughter for good, it is better to have a failure for a child than to have no child at all.
Last night I saw her in my dream putting on a black dress, with no single hair on her head.she just looked at me and kept shedding tears then she waved her right hand and disappeared.
I wept like a child who's candy had been snatched out forcefully from its hands.
My Rachel was gone."Rachel Jimmy Jack was no more"
My wife starred at me without really looking me, obviously she was lost in deep thoughts, she had attempted sucide on several occassion but thank God for the intervention of Nelly and Joseph.
Right now it was all black and blur, my feet felt heavy, my head kept aching, my hrt kept beating faster, I didn't even know how to console my wife,am glad Nelly never left her side.
"It's a painful loss but your a man, so take heart and pull yourselve together, and try to console your pregnant wife"Joseph said.
The tears on my face dried up immediately as I raised my head up a little bit so my eyes could met his.
"Joseph what did you say?"he put a smile on his face that touched his eyes
"Jack she's two weeks pregnant.I confirmed it the day she tried to kill herself, when you and Nelly went to figure out Rach's case"
Yeah, Joseph is a doctor but how could I not know she was pregnant, well it's only been two weeks and with all that's been happening, but then Joy secretly began to crawl into my heart.
"Are you for real?"
Joseph laughed out loud, and said
"Of course am for real, I would never joke with a thing like this in such a webbed time"
I spotted my wife in a split second and ran towards her like a dog who had found it's steak, she looked at me disgustingly and said
"Eric don't try to cheer me up "I take her hand and place them on mine
"I think we might be expecting him soon".she threw me a confused glance and say
"Rachel is not a boy, she's a girl and she's no more so what are we expecting?
My heart breaks again as she mentioned Rachel's name but I still summoned up courage to Open up my mouth and explian my self.
"Joseph said your two weeks pregnant"she covered her mouth with both hands and threw me a suprise glance.
"Joseph is this true? Am I really pregnant?"my wife screamed.and then Joseph nodded his head back and forth.immediately she got his answer, my wife embraced me instantly.

Yeah, we broke the bad news to kate and Andrew, turned out they didn't take it so well, we all didn't take it so well, so since we couldn't find her corpse, we decided to take out a day for her memorial and honour.
Everyone got to know about it, at first they continously blamed I and my wife for it then they forgave us after witnessing the pain and the heart break we went through.
As time went on the goodnews was brought forth and we had something to be greatful for, kate and Andrew were so excited about the baby, we saw it as a second chance given to us to make things right.the doctor confirmed it to be a boy on the third month and on the nineth month he bounced out of his mother's womb.

Apparently the audience at my child's naming ceremony applauded me as I handed over my child to our pastor who prayed for him.
The ceremony was awesome, one thing that surprised us all was that, he had a striking resemblance of Rachel, they were like twins, only that Rach came out 21 years before he did, truthfully in a way it scared us all, but then we still rejoiced.though we missed Rachel but there was nothing we could do to bring her back, her properties were given to the poor, and her room was renovated, it became our fifth guest room.
I saw my beautiful wife smiling and attending to the guest, while kate served and Andrew kept them dancing cause apparently he happened to be the DJ.
We took lots of photos before the guest left and then we talked for a while as a family, drank and ate some ishiewu, but a part of us wished for Rach to share this moment with us.
Too bad wishes weren't horses, unfortunately for us our wish didn't come true.fully aware of the fact that she passed that particular jamb, which made us stupidily lose our daughter.I blamed myself, If only I did not agree to such a stupid decision and waited a little longer I would have seen this beautiful result and my daughter wouldn't have died untimely.
Dear God forgive me for not being patient, I didn't see it coming, no one did, I only thought we were doing her a favour, I only wanted what was best for her, but look what happened.
