Lots of people say that you can't choose your family, but you can choose your friends.
I don't agree. Yes, it does apply to biological family, but not family family.
You can choose your family. You can add whoever you like to it.
To mine, I add my friends. They're my family. I don't know what I'd honestly do without them.
(I'd probably be a mopey little weirdo. No, not probably, definitely.)
Bloodlines don't class who your family is, unless you want to get technical with biology and all that.
Please don't bring up biology. It's one of the only subjects that I have a personal vendetta against.
