(As suggested by @Calexcat , thank you!)

Firstly, thinking positively starts with you. No one can help you with this but yourself. You are in charge, and you are strong.

Instead of thinking negatively (i.e "no, I can't do this. It's too much of a challenge"), try to look at the positive effects of the puzzle ("yes! I'll do this, it doesn't matter if I don't succeed, at least I tried.")

Whenever you find yourself in a situation where you're about to think negatively, stop yourself, and swap it around. Why can't you do that thing? You can try it, and if you don't succeed, it doesn't matter as long as you've tried your best! Why won't today be a good day? At least it's only 24 hours long!

If you're a negative thinker that wants to change, tell yourself you can. Because you can do anything.
