It's a well-known fact that music has a way of making people feel relaxed. According to a website called Sequoia Records ( http://www.sequoiarecords.com/article-16-ways/16+Ways+to+Benefit+from+Relaxation+Music.html ), there are other benefits of music alongside this. It can help reduce pain, provide inspiration and can help people to focus also.
When I feel overly stressed or upset, I listen to music to make me feel calm and cheer me up. I know many other people do this as well.
Some people don't like music as much as others, and that's fine. There are other ways to deal with stress, for instance drawing or dancing.
Songs that I recommend for stress or just generally wanting to feel better:
- Perfect Color - SafetySuit (it's a good song AND it includes colour puns!)
- Leave a Light - Tom Walker
- Perfect - Ed Sheeran
- Say Something - A Great Big World and Christina Aguilera
- Sad Song - We The Kings and Elena Costa
- Unsteady - X Ambassadors
- Hey, Soul Sister - Train
- Bad Day - Daniel Powter
- Play That Song - Train
- Young Dumb & Broke - Khalid
- The Ocean - Mike Perry and Shy Martin
- Happier - Ed Sheeran
- I See The Light - Mandy Moore & Zachary Levi
Again, not all people like music. However, I hope all that do enjoy these songs!
