I have no idea why, but when I find someone I relate to, it makes me feel better. I feel like I'm not alone as others have experienced what I've been through also.
About three years ago, I used to love Teenager Posts. They were not only funny, but relatable also. Having just started the horrors of teenagerdom at that age, they made me feel better when I didn't feel particularly good about myself. They always had a strange uplifting effect on me.
So, my advise is that when you feel low, find someone to relate to. It may make you feel less alone about a situation and could make you feel so much better.
