Feeling unworthy. We've all felt it, and it does hurt. It could be with friends or family, at school, workplace etc.

Personally, I think that feeling unworthy links strongly to self confidence. However, because these are linked, feeling unworthy is a difficult thing to get over because confidence is hard to just suddenly get. It takes time. The more confident I got as a person, the more worthy I felt with my friends, at school and at my workplace.

How could you improve your self confidence? One factor that really helped me, although this is going to sound stupid, is putting my hand up in class more. By doing so, it made me feel almost brave in a weird way, no matter if I got the answer right or wrong. Maybe feeling brave helps you to feel more confident? Now, I'm not saying to go climb a cliff with no safety gear, but maybe you could compliment someone you don't know on what they're wearing? Maybe  order for yourself in a restaurant without getting someone else to do it? Cook something you've never tried before? Etc etc etc. Even though these are little things, they do build up and might help you to be a more confident person. Winning something you've worked for also makes you feel more confident, seeing your friends at a weekend, or simply talking to someone about confidence. Just a few more suggestions.

Anyway, feeling worthy. As I said, it's more to do with how you feel about yourself than anything else. However, if your friends make you feel that you're not worthy for them by saying bad things to you, then you should start hanging around with new people a bit more. Life is too short for idiots who feel better by putting down other people.

So, if you do feel unworthy, say to yourself 'no, I am worthy. I'm worthy and I'm strong and no one can tell me otherwise.' Because it's true. All humans are equal, and if someone makes you feel otherwise, then ignore them because they're wrong. You. Are. Worthy. You are amazing and so much more than what people like that say.

(Also, I know my updates are very irregular and sparse so I'm going to try to update every week from now on. Also sorry because this chapter was quite long!)
