Let's be honest, we've all felt bad at least once in our lives.
One of the things that helps me through this is having something to look forward to. This could be anything as simple as meeting up with a friend or your favourite game coming out on the PlayStation, or something as important as a religious celebration, like Christmas or Eid.
Having that in the back of your mind whilst feeling this way just adds a little positive note. For me, it just makes me have hope that things will change for the better.
So, if you ever fall into one of these moods again, remind yourself that you do have something to look forward to. Don't focus on the bad, because all that's going to do is make the situation seem even worse. Instead, focus on something that you're going to enjoy and like doing.
