Stress

I get stressed very easy, like many other people in this world. The idea of stress makes me stressed.

Stress isn't necessarily a good thing. It makes you sweat, panic, and it puts you on edge.

Most of the time, I and many others stress about things that aren't even important. But mostly, we stress about things that are out of our comfort zones.

For example, in one of my classes, we have a seating plan and I sit with people who are 'cooler' than me, and that makes me uncomfortable for whatever reason. I stress before and whilst in that lesson for these exact reasons.
Now, this may sound stupid to you. Hey, it sounds stupid even to me. But I do stress about it for inexplicable (I don't know if I've ever used that word before) reasons.

Anyways, what I'm trying to say is that sometimes, you gotta tell yourself to chill out. Take a deep breath. Go into that situation like a queen instead of with sweat patches. Gotta speak out in front of the class? Great! Gotta do an exam? As long as you try your best, fantastic! Gotta go into class and sit with people you're not comfortable with? Oh well! It'll be over in an hour!

I hope you see what I'm getting at. Basically, you gotta tell your mind to shut up and just chill, cause I don't know about you, but I hate being on edge constantly. Stress isn't a nice feeling to have.

What's the worst that could happen even if something does go wrong? Unless it ends in something terrible like death, you're doing fine. I've been in enough embarrassing or stressful situations to know this.
