"I want you to be honest with me, what's coming? You kept talking about the future but I still don't know what's actually coming. So what is coming to destroy everything I love?" I ask as she laughs. "Something you couldn't hope to stop at your current level. The embodiment if destruction and hopelessness. The bringer of nihility. If you don't know what nihility means, it's nothing. It brings destruction and destroys everything. Nothing will remain. Not even dust shall exist after it's done." Azura says as my eyes widen slightly. "So how do I stop it?! I have to protect my friends!" I yell as she laughs. "It's not stronger than me. But I have my own reasons to not get involved. But there is other beings in this reality possible of taking it on. You know of a few." She says as I remember the girl from my dream. She smiles. "That's right, that girl you saw in your dreams is a celestial being. To be more precise, she's the celestial goddess of energy. She was made by Silvia directly, like me. She isn't as strong as me but she's definitely stronger than the midnight and cobalt angels. She will most likely stay out of this unless something convinces her to join." She says as I clench my fist. "So what do I do? How can I stop it?" I ask as Azura laughs. "Get stronger. That's the only thing you can do. Actually let's take a quick trip." Azura says as she snaps. We appear in the desert of death instantly. Rukia appears before us. "So what do I owe this visit, Azura?" Rukia asks with a growl. "Oh Rukia, don't worry. I just came to ask a favor of you. I want you to try to kill Kai." Azura says as she steps back. "Wait what?!" I yell as I jump back. Rukia shakes her head. "Why? I have no reason." She says as Azura summons a scythe. "You'll either fight him or me." Azura says as Rukia appears at me and throws a punch. I quickly teleport back but she teleports with me. I hear Azura's voice in my head. "Kai, if you can beat the goddess of death, you'll probably stand a decent chance of scratching the being that's coming." Azura says as I block Rukia's fist. "Rukia." I mumble as she looks at me. "What?" She says quietly. "I'm sorry." I say as I enter my 4th release instantly. Just the explosion of energy knocks her back. Before she can really react, I appear in front of her and punch downward into her stomach. In the blink of an eye, I see a massive crater extending to the limits of my vision in the ground. Rukia laughs and appears in front of me. "Kai, you know I've never really tried to kill you. But I think I have my work cut out for me." She says as I hold up my hand. "This is for my friends, I have to protect them. Come at me as hard as you can. If I can't handle you, I might have a chance." I say as she stares at me. "Kai, you've come a long way since the very first time I fought you. Back when you fought Anix. You do realize you aren't standing on solid ground don't you? You're standing on a physical platform of energy." Rukia says as I look at the black and white ring of energy under me. "It's just instincts I'm pretty sure." I say as she laughs. "Just saying, you can't kill me. Only a few people have more reign over death than I." She says as she looks around. She snaps and the ground instantly reforms in the blink of an eye. "I have no reason to fight. you can't kill me, but your energy is greater than mine. The fight would most likely be a stalemate." She says as Azura appears next to me. "Well kid, there's the answer. Thanks Rukia, that's the only reason we ca-" I cut her off and drop to the ground and return to my base release. As I start to fall to one knee from my energy instantly reducing, Azura gives me enough to stand. "Rukia, I want you to help me protect my friends. When the fight starts, I think we'll need you." I say as she smiles. Azura taps my shoulder and we appear in my room. She summons a tag to her hand. "He might be able to help. I sealed him in a weapon long ago, this tag will release him if you put it on the weapon he's sealed in." She says as I take the tag and look at her. "Who?" I ask as she smiles. "His name is Sorin. He's got some interesting abilities. But he isn't much of a team player. He'll only fight if he wants too. Oh, and about that friend of yours, Zen." She says as she looks away. "Tell him I said hi." She says as she teleports away. Well that was strange. I think as I look at the tag. I feel energy coursing through the tag. "I'm not tired, guess I'll go for a walk. Nothing else to do really." I mumble as I walk outside. I feel the warm air as I walk down the sidewalk. I take a deep breath and really feel the peacefulness of the world around me. I must protect this. All this. My friends won't die. I'll protect them no matter what. I have to get stronger. I think as I stop. "I wonder who could train me." I mumble as I feel a familiar energy signature nearby. "Hm, who is that?" I mumble as I look around. It's about 20 feet behind me. I think as I quickly look back. I see someone dive behind a building to avoid being seen. What the hell. I think as I put my hands in my pockets. "Come out, I know you're there."
