Ragnarok quickly summons a scythe while still in her supressed form. "Kai, swing at me as hard as you can in your first release." Ragnarok says as I quickly enter my 1st release and summon Evony. I quickly teleport to her and swing my sword downward. She easily blocks my sword with one hand. "Even in my supressed form, you are weak compared to me." She says as she pulls her hand away. I see the flesh has been peeled off the hand that blocked my sword. "Ragnarok, that attack still injured you. How is it weak?" I ask as she sighs. "I used barely any energy to weaken the impact of your sword. If you still think your first release is close to my power." She mumbles as she raises her scythe. Bright purple and blue energy swirls around her. "Begone." She says quietly as she swings her scythe downwards. An instant wave of darkness consumes me. Perfect darkness that no light can pervade. I can't feel or see anything. An instant later I sit up on the dirt in my base form. "What just happened." I mumble while inspecting my body for any injuries. "It's quite simple Kai." Ragnarok says behind me. I look back and see her in her supressed human form still. "I used a fragment of my energy and completely destroyed your planet. All that was left here was the void made by my energy." She says as I stand up. "So your energy alone in your supressed form can still destroy the earth?" I ask as she giggles. "Easily. The point of this training is to increase your control over your energy and increase how much you can handle at a time." Ragnarok says as she puts her hand on my chest. A sharp pain rips through my body as I fall to my hand and knees and vomit blood. "I will force my energy into your soul bit by bit until you can handle my base form. Then you eventually will be able to fight me at full power." She says with a slight smile. I slowly feel better and stand up. As I reach my feet she touches my chest once more. I become trapped in an endless loop of pain and energy gain. Hours go by before I feel comfortable enough to fight. I stand up and take a deep breath. "Alright, I feel better." I say to myself as she laughs. "So you haven't noticed? Or have you?" She says as I look at her. "Noticed what?" I ask as she laughs. "Each time I gave you energy I increased the gravity here by one hundred times. Currently your standing up in gravity that dwarfs that of your universes black holes." She says as she starts throws a punch towards me. I easily punch her in the face as hard as I can before she reaches me. A shockwave rips the planet apart as fragments fly in every direction. An moment later the planet comes back together and Ragnarok appears in front of me. "That version of earth you just destroyed was millions of times harder than the real one." She says with a grin. "Now we need to teach you how to enter a supressed form." She says as I quickly stop her. "How come I wasn't told about this training method before now?" I ask as she laughs. "Probably because it's making your stronger at a heavy cost to me. I'm directly giving you my energy, meaning I'm permanently losing that much forever. I couldn't take that energy back even if I wanted too. I don't know too many beings that would willingly give away their soul to others." Ragnarok says as I stare at her. "Then why would you?" I ask as she smiles. "I have my reasons." She says as she turns away. "I guess human women and non-human women are quite alike." I say jokingly. Ragnarok laughs as she stretches. "Now to teach you how to create a supressed form." She says as I nod. "To gods and deities it comes naturally. Much like breathing to an animal. To normal angels and demons and other energy empowered beings it's much harder to learn." She says as I see armor of energy form in the air. "Think if your supressed form like inverse armor. Where armor protects you from others, you're wearing this fake form to protect others from yourself." She says with a smile. "So how do I create inverse armor then?" I ask. "Think of it like a cacoon. Your fake form will keep your true self within. Try to cacoon yourself in a weak fake energy to form living matter." She says as I blankly stare at her. "I have no idea how to do that." I say as she laughs. "Baby steps. Let's first try to create life on a smaller scale." She says as she summons a butterfly to her finger. It quickly flutters away as she nods to me. "Envision a butterfly. All working parts. Understand how it moves and exists. Understand it's purpose in the world." She says as I stare at her. "I'm sure that takes some degree of high understanding of butterflies. I, however, don't know hardly anything about butterflies." I say as she blinks a few times awkwardly. "You don't know about the creatures you co-exist with?" She asks as I nod. "Not in depth, no." I reply as an awkward silence floats around us. "Then I'll show you." She says as she walks up to me. "Show me what?" I ask as she waves for my to lean closer. I sigh and lean a few inches closer. She puts her hands on the side of my head as I hear thousands of scrambled voices speaking different words and phrases overlapping thousands of different images and memories. I shake my head as the voices grow louder and louder. Suddenly perfect silence. I see Ragnarok looking concerned in front of me. "What's wrong?" I ask as she sighs. "You're lucky you had enough of my energy for the bond to occur." She says as I stare at her. "Elaborate?" I mumble as she scratches her cheek nervously. "If my memories and knowledge hadn't bonded to you like it did. The energy would've consumed your spirit and mind. You would have died." Once again, an awkward silence permeates the world around us.
