I see all of the Elder Spirits take a step towards me as their staves turn into white swords. "We each hold a copy of the blade, Zaxus. Where Galos once stole our blade, we have remade it even stronger." They all say at the same time. Galos. I haven't heard that name in a long time. That was back when Zero was still alive. I think as I ready my sword. "I don't care." I mumble as they all appear around me and slam their swords down onto me. My energy forms a thin, but string layer of armor around my body. Kai, you still can't use all of my energy. But you still should go all out in this fight. Their testing to see if you have any chance of stopping Ragnarok. I hear Eclipse say as I close my eyes. "I understand." I say as I open my eyes and slash everyone of the Elder Spirits before they can even pull their blades away. I jump above the Elder Spirits and poise my sword. I rush all the energy I have into the sword. A blinding silver light radiates from the sword. I pull back and prepare to swing. "This fight is over." I hear Ceraphine say as she suddenly grabs my wrists. I look at her and sigh. "So I don't even get to go all out." I mumble as I look to the Elder Spirits. I see them all on their hands and knees, bowing down. As I fall to the ground they rise up. "That power was far beyond any we could match. You truly are part of her plan. We understand now why she picked you." They all say in unison. I quickly speak up. "Who? Who are you talking about? Somebody picked me? For what?" I feel questions stirring all around in my mind. "All will be made clear in time. For now, gather your strength. Prepare for the end, for the end is quickly approaching." They all say as I blink and appear in a desert. "The end is approaching?" I mumble as I look around. "This is the Desert of Death. Asale Ti Iku." I feel am energy approaching and quickly summon a sword. I easily block the swing of a scythe with one hand. "Decided to visit?" Rukia says as I look to her. I grip her scythe and shatter the blade and put my blade to her throat. "Actually the Elder Spirits sent me here. So I can only imagine I need to recruit you to help me." I say with a smile as she looks at me. A sharp pain suddenly hits my heart. I cover my mouth as I cough up a little blood. Shit, my body still isn't used to the amount of power Eclipse has. I think as I fall to my knees. As my vision starts going black, a hand touches my shoulder. The pain vanishes as I revert to my base form. I see long red and silver hair before I black out. I feel like I'm floating when suddenly, a voice. "It's time to awaken, pawn." The voice says as I wake up in a jolt. I see Telas on a throne in front of me. "You have been busy. Doing what exactly?" He asks as he stands up. His pressure almost forcing me to the ground. "Show me what I felt. Show me what you've become!" He yells as he summons a gold Lance and swings it down towards me. Before I can react I feel Eclipse's energy flow through me. I stop his Lance with one hand as I hear voices laughing all inside my mind. A voice I've never heard speaks. A voice so deep and powerful it rattles my bones. I can't understand it but I feel it's power. Almost on par with what Eclipse has given me. Through the voices and power one name echoes. A name that brings back memories if the fight with Silvia. "Nemix." Telas says as he smiles. So that's where he resides dormant. Telas says as he teleports back. Telas starts laughing hysterically. "It seems quite a few beings have latched onto you. Including one that actually scares me." Telas says as I hear a familiar voice. "I'm flattered I scare you." Azoria says as I look behind me. "Yes, I've been living in your shadow." He says as he winks as me. He steps toward Telas and smiles. "So how will you help Kai stop Ragnarok?" Azoria asks. Telas slams his lance into the ground. "That all depends. Will you be assisting in this battle?" Telas asks as Azoria nods. Telas sighs. "Of course the Angel of Calamity would be involved in the battle. In that case I cannot be shown up." Telas says as he summons a silver and red sword. "I shall aid in the battle against Ragnarok. Wouldn't want my servants that got me to this position dying." He says as he looks at me. "Kai, how about you become a general in this battle?" He asks as I laugh. I quickly summon all of my energy and all the energy from Eclipse I can withstand. My right hand turns to silver energy as I scream at Telas. "Give me back my mother!" Telas smiles. "With honor. I was only interested in her for a special energy. But it seems you have that energy." He says as he snaps. My mother appears unconscious in front of me. "But Kai, this comes with a stipulation. After we defeat Ragnarok." He says as he looks back to me. "You and I will fight." I smile as I pick up my mother in my arms. "And I'll win." I mumble as Azoria touches my shoulder. "Why do you and your mother look nothing alike?" He asks as I quickly look at him. "What does that have to do with anything!?" I yell as I hear Telas laugh. "As amusing as this is, please leave." He says as I look to Azoria. "Let's go." I say as Azoria fades into my shadow.
