As they give me my food I sigh and walk back to the table. As I sit down I quickly start eating. I feel like the worst part of all this isn't that I ordered this stupid burger, but that stupid burger actually tastes good. I think as I sigh. "Oh right." Sinclair says as she summons a folder to her hand. "What do you make of this? I just want your opinion." She says as she slides the folder to me. On the front of it are the words 'Classified Level 7'. I stare at it for a moment then open up the file. I continue eating and scan through the text and read it in my mind. Project Crimson was a failure but is slowly growing in knowledge. Due to the recent attacks and activity of "X-319", we've had to increase fortifications around our assets. Project Goliath is still in testing but has extremely positive feedback. Results of tests on subjects have varied but have always been positive. The words are followed by graphs and numbers I don't understand. I quickly flip through the next 3 pages. Each page has a name followed by graphs and numbers. In order the names are "Jack Klein, Nick Caudland, and Marie Heartniss." I mumble as I close the report. "Looks like some sort of project going on but I'm not sure to what purpose. And what does level 7 mean?" I ask as Sinclair smiles. "It's top priority. Classified beyond classified." Sinclair says as she smiles. "But that's not the weirdest part of all this, this is." She says as she summons another folder. "I've never asked, but how can you summon anything at will?" I ask as she laughs. "Well its more of just materializing memories. Whenever I see or touch something I can use my energy to scan every inch then make a copy of it in my mind to summon anytime. But that's beside the point, look at this file." She says as she hands it to me. As I open it I quickly notice something off. "Project Shield." I mumble as I read through it silently. It keeps going on and on about some serum that's supposed to help combat demons and raise the next level of DHC operatives. It briefly mentions using Satan's power but doesn't give a reason. I sigh as the door suddenly gets flung open and slams against the wall. I quickly jump over the table and summon a little energy to my right hand. "Damn Kai, you're jumpy." A man says as he walks in. He has long black hair that comes down to his shoulders. I stare at him as Sinclair takes a sip of her drink. "I didn't think you still had any fighting skill left, you've been living normally for so long." Zen says as another guy walks in behind him. "Come on Zen I'm starving." The other guy says as they both look to me. "Zen?" I say as I stand up. "Who else would it be?" He says jokingly as the guy behind him yawns. "Wait, Vexx?" I ask as he nods. "In the-well not the fur, but you know. I'm here." He says as they walk to the counter and order then come and sit with us. "So Kai, it's been a while. How have you been?" Zen asks as he quickly eats all his food. I sit back down and sigh. "You know school, in and out of jobs, living a normal life." I say as he shakes his head. "That's boring." He says as Vexx steals a fry when he isn't looking. "Well, me and Vexx have been training for the last 5 years. We've been pushing ourselves to our limits everyday. We want to be ready to fight Telas whenever he goes corrupt from power." Zen says as Sinclair shakes her head. "He won't go corrupt." She says as Zen chuckles. "Everyone goes corrupt from power like that. I almost lost myself in the burst of power from being Satan." Zen says as he pops his knuckles. Vexx lays his hand on the table and I notice each of his nails are sharpened and about 2 inches long each. "Yea, we've been doing a lot of training. I even unlocked some new abilities. How about it Kai, how about we all have a little sparing match?" Vexx says as he digs his nails into the metal table. I shake my head. "No, I'm living a human life now. I want no part in being wrapped up in senseless violence and pointless fights." I reply as Zen grabs me by my collar. "Are you kidding! In hell and heaven you have the nickname of savior. The last person standing against Silvia. Supposedly the strongest of all of us. You're just letting all that power go to waste like this." Zen says as he let's go and hits my chest with the back of his hand lightly. Vexx yawns. "Yea man, what a waste. I guess the strongest of everyone is really the weakest." Vexx says as I sigh. "Sorry, guys. You can't make me feel bad or anything. I won't fight. I'm living a human life." I say as Zen shakes his head. "Well, I mean, I can understand it. I always knew you were spineless." Zen says trying to make me mad. I shake my head. "It's not that I'm scared, it's just that I see no point in fighting." I say as Zen laughs. "Well, the more demons and angels fight, the stronger we grow." Zen says as I shrug. "Oh well, and also I have a question. How did your find me?" I ask as Vexx and Zen laugh. Zen pats my shoulder. "We just talked to the person that never lost you. They, for some reason, always monitored your energy and location. I think they might be worried about you." Zen says as I stare at him. "And who would this mysterious person be?" I ask as Zen starts to talk. "Shut up, you might give him the wrong idea." I hear a familiar voice say. I quickly look toward the door and see a man with a blue long sleeve, black pants, black boots and long blue hair standing there. "Velon."
