Lauren's POV

England was much prettier than I had remembered from my last trip here. Last time, I was barely able to explore because me, Normani and ally were busy with interviews and shows majority of the time, not that now will be much different considering I'm practically on house arrest. The man who collected me from the airport seemed nice, I believe his name was Alejandro and his wife's sinu, although I had not met her yet. He also mentioned he had a daughter, that was only a year younger than me, named Camila and from this I gathered that the Cabello's were Cuban. I'm hoping that the two women of the family were just as friendly, I know that'll make this experience a lot easier. My manager told me I should try and get along with the family, and that'll be a lot easier if they're all friendly.

Finding out that they had a young daughter, however, does slightly worry me. Not to boast, but being part of one of the biggest girl bands in the world means that most girls around my age know who I am. Alejandro told me that he had not yet told Camila of my place in fifth harmony as he was unsure how she would react. She had apparently never mentioned the band meaning that she's either a secret fangirl or hates the band, either way, it probably won't end well.

"I'd take a good look Lauren, you probably won't get to see much of Brighton once we arrive at the house" Alejandro stated, causing me to snap back into reality. He must have noticed how in awe of the place I was, considering I'd be staring out of the one way windows since we got in the car around half an hour ago. They had beaches here, much like in Miami, except these were not the same as Miami beaches. They were filled with pretty stones rather than sand and the waves crashed rather than rolled. It was different, but I liked it. I'd travelled a lot for my age, however seeing sights was never a priority when I did, it was more for business. I tried to take in everything of the view that I could before the car stopped and Alejandro began climbing out, retrieving my bags from the boot. I followed after him and stood still once I reached the door.

"You coming in kiddo? You're not in Miami now, you'll catch a cold staying out there all day" he joked and i followed him through the front door. I was greeted by a small woman with brown hair who kissed her husband briefly on the cheek before embracing me in a warm hug. I could already tell that this woman had great motherly instincts as the small gesture made me feel safe despite the uncertainty I was feeling. She then proceeded to show me around the house. It was a nice size, not to big and not too small. The decor was a nice mix between old fashioned and modern and looked as if it had been designed with a lot of care.

"And finally, this is camila's room" she stated pointing to the door before knocking. There was no answer and so sinu proceeded to walk straight in. I was hesitant at first and hid slightly around the corner.

"Go in sweetheart, make yourself at home, we'll be downstairs if you need anything" she said before walking back down the stairs, leaving me to walk in the room.

Camila was laid on her bed with her eyes set on her phone. She was wearing some black sweatpants and a t shirt with one direction on the front. I smiled at the irony of the 4 boys being very close friends of mine. Her hair was in a loose pony tail and I had to say, she was beautiful. I began to feel awkward as I was unsure whether my presence was known and so I coughed slightly. Camila jumped at the noise and looked up from her phone. Her jaw dropped.

"Wait, what? You're Lauren? Like Lauren thats staying with us? Like also Lauren Jauregui from fifth harmony?" She questioned and I just nodded. Here we go.

"Yeah that's me, listen, I'm glad you're a fan and stuff but don't worry, you don't need to treat me any differently, I just want to-" I was cut off by her laughing.

"Slow down there, just because I know your name does not in any way mean I am a fan" she said between laughs.

"It doesn't?" I questioned, not used to people reacting this way to my presence.
