Everyone left a few hours ago. I'm in my room eating popcorn, watching a movie called The Hunger Games. Uriah wanted us all to watch it tonight in our separate houses. It's one weird movie now. I mean a game where teens kill each other? that's screwed up. The odd thing is I really enjoy it. After the movie I feel like getting ice cream. I skip down the hallway to Caleb's room. "Hi caleb! wanna get ice cream?!" I say in a singsong voice. He laughs and says "okay, go wait downstairs while I get my keys and wallet." I smile and go down the hallway to the the stairs. I skip every other step. In the middle of the staircase I miss the stair. I go tumbling down the wooden stairs hard. When I reach the bottom I can tell I broke something. My sight starts to blurry and then I black out to the voice "Beatrice?!!"
