Robin x Reader (Book 2)

Memories

"Damn." I rubbed my head and looked around. I saw nothing but sand, and rocks. "Where am I?" I muttered and tried to remember. "I was visiting Jason's grave... then... I think I met Batman.... but what happened after..." I shook my head. "I'll get a better view from the sky." I muttered and flew up and surveyed the area. I saw some signs of fighting from in front of me. I quickly flew towards the smoke. I saw a shirtless guy destroying 2 tanks, a girl dressed in green with a bow and arrow, and a kid dressed in black who then ran off really fast with the girl in green. I then followed the 2 and landed behind them and saw a girl with red hair and green skin.

"Well, the costume looks familiar. But I'm not sure if it screams man hunter." the boy in black said.

"You know my uncle? Hello, Megan. Of course you do. You're Kid Flash, Wally. And you're Artemis, and you're (Y/n)." she said.

"Wally... Wally West?" I said aloud and he turned to me and the green girl.

"Wait, wait. Martian Man hunter is your uncle? And thats how you know my name?" Wally asked.

"I only said what came to mind." I said and shrugged.

"You're name really is Wally?" Artemis asked.

"it's okay. We're teammates. Friends. I made you cookies." the green girl said to us.

"You know her?" Artemis asked Wally.

"No, I swear beautiful woman. I've never seen her before in m life. At least I don't think." Wally said.

"So we all lost our memories.." I said and crossed my arms and hung my head. "This is getting us no where." I said.

"Come on, I'll fill you in as we go. Robin and Superbly need our help." she said and walked away. I followed her as did Artemis and Wally.

"Sure, Robin and Super what now?" Wally asked.

It was then night time, and we haven't found this Robin or Superboy yet. "It's Robin." I heard the green girl say and I looked where she was looking to see a boy who seemed almost my age. His uniform was comprised of a red vest, black leggings, boots, t-shirt and gloves, all of which seemed to be made of a sort of protective body armor, that still allowed him great mobility. On his chest, a yellow stylized "R" symbol in a black circle was visible, and around his waist he wore a gold colored utility belt with various pouches for his equipment. He also had three yellow rectangular fasteners on the front. He donned a cape that was black on the outer lining but pale yellow on the inside. HIs eyes were covered by a black stylized domino mask. Wally ran in to help him, as did the green girl and Artemis. I managed to help defeat one of the guys trying to escape.

"KF! Man it's good to see a familiar face!" Robin said to Wally.

"Hey Rob, memory loss?" Wally asked.

"6 months! Let's hog tie these creeps and compare notes." Robin said and I smiled at the way he spoke.

"So we're a team?" Robin asked.

Our surroundings then changed. I looked around and saw fragments of memories. "If you allow me into your mind, our fragmented memories can make a whole." she said.

"Okay, shoot." I agreed not minding.

"I'm fine with it." Robin said smiling.

"me to." Kid said.

I then heard voices from everyone's memories, and then we woke up back in the desert. "Aqua lad! Where is he?" Robin asked.

"I don't know. That was the last thing I- We remember." Megan said to us.

"That must not be good for a guy with gills, its been a full 24 hours." I said.

"I know how we can look for him." Robin said and looked at his screen. "He's close! But he's not moving." he said.

"Let's go." I said smiling.

I opened a mind link with Robin, "I'm glad Megan only looked at our mission memory and not anything else, by accident." I thought. I saw him smirk at me and then he faced forward again.

"Hopefully this doesn't blow up in our faces." he said.

We found Aqua lad, but he was unconscious. Megan then flew off saying Superboy was in pain.

"Now what?" I asked looking at Kaldur. We made a make shift bed to carry Kaldur back to the bio ship. Kaldur kept muttering things in Atlantian and it was worrying. I then

"It's not just him, I'm almost out of juice." Kid said.

"And I'm almost out of arrows." Artemis said.

"My powers will only attract more enemies to come here. And I have no more knives or weapons." I said. "Robin?" I turned and he was gone.

"I forgot how much I hate it when he does that." Wally said. "The ninja thing. Hey you never said why your dad would want you to" he made motion of cutting his neck. "kill me."

"I got confused by some old movie I saw the other night." I rolled my eyes and ignored them and looked over the rock and pulled up my hood. I snuck out behind the rock and found Robin placing bombs.

"What are you doing?" I asked.

He covered my mouth and led me behind the rocks and we made our way to the others. "Where were you 2?" Wally asked us when he noticed we were back.

"Breaking radio silence." Robin said smirking. Then an explosion happened. "That's our cue!" Robin said and we grabbed Kaldur and ran.

"Hopefully Megan and Superboy can get back in time." I said as we ran. 

"They will." Robin said smiling at me. I rolled my eyes. When we reached the ship, we helped Kaldur get rehydrated. After the trip back, Robin asked me about my time away from the titans and before I joined the team, so I told him. It was only fair since I knew about him. Though I made sure to keep some things to myself, especially the Phoenix scroll part.
