Busted

Ji Hyo is feeling better than any other days.

She has just arrived in school and sees a crowd of students in front of the bulletin board.

She doesn't bother to join the crowd though, and heads straight to her classroom when she is approached from Kwang Soo, who has just hurtled his way out of the said crowd, with Joong Ki and Dong Hoon behind him.

"Waaahh, Song Ji Hyo. ", Dong Hoon says with a tone of awe. "You never fail to become number 1."

She is so used to hearing the compliment that it didn't sound like one anymore, so she she just didn't react.

The exam rankings seem to have been released already, and she managed to keep the top spot, despite all the chaos in her life lately.

"I am so used to seeing her as thus brutal noona that sometimes, i forget that she's actually the top student in our year.", Kwang Soo adds, earning a piercing look from her.

She can't deny what he has said though. Almost all the things that comes out of his mouth is annoying that she can't resist the urge to hit him.

But she notices something in him today though. She could feel that there is something about him but she just can't put a finger on it.

"Congratulations, Noona. ", Joong Ki says, smiling at her other side.

She smiles back at him, fully aware of the way he looks at her.

She silently hopes Joong Ki would eventually find someone who can take his attention away from her. Surely, there would be someone, knowing how many girls try so hard just to attract him.

They ascend the stairs together and walk towards the classroom.

The boys take the usual seats; the three chairs that is closest to her, eventhough they aren't really talking about something in particular.

Maybe it has somehow became a habit, and it now just feels so natural to sit together without really a reason to.

But then she notices Dong Hoon's look at Kwang Soo, who is at her left side.

"Yah, you better not sulk or I'll hit you in the head.", he threatens, but it sounds more affectionate than scary though.

Her eyes turn to Kwang Soo, whose face is scrunched up as if something is hurting him.

"It just hurts, hyung! "

"What? What hurts? ", she asks, instantly worried.

But Kwang Soo's brows just goes furrower as he burries his face into his arms over his desk.

So she just turns to Dong Hoon questioningly.

"He's heartbroken.", Joong kI answers her.

Her brows furrow. "Heart broken? I didn't know he was inlove. "

Dong Hoon shrugs. "You're too cold to even feel emotion yourself, so no one expects you to notice. ", Dong Hoon says with a disappointed look in his face.

"Yah. Do you wanna die? ", she threatens.

"See? That's exactly what I'm talking about."

She shakes her head to dismiss the subject, her curiousity winning over her want to strangle Dong Hoon.

"Anyway, who's the girl? ", she asks.

"Don't you ever mention her name.", Kwang Soo muffles in his arms, making the three of them turn around.

She sees Dong Hoon in front of her, mouthing a word that she does not quite understand the first time.

"Don't you even mouth it so i can't hear it! ", Kwang Soo says without moving his head, just correctly guessing what Dong Hoon is currently doing.
