Candice POV

We all greeted one another except Christian didn't or wasn't so joyous to see Cleo here. He eyed me sideways and I shot him back a look as I hugged his wife Alexxis or leggs as I called her. While everyone called her lexx.

"Lex, he got you up here too?" I said playfully. She smiled her pretty white smile and rolled her eyes his way.

"Girl, you know my job is up the street. He said he needed company." She said making air quotes at the last word. I wiggled my eyebrows her way and we laughed.

"Tell him to use that excuse between the sheets. Not in a public place." I said high-fiving her with small time amen from Cleo who got a rock hard stare from Christan.

I smacked him and said be nice under my breath pulling my baby's carseat to me. She moved a bit and settled when she knew she wasn't about to be bothered with no time soon, but I reached down and touched her diaper to see if she was wet. Then looked over a Christian.

"Did you change her at all?" I asked him. He seemed lost by the question until lex answered for him.

"He didn't even know where the zipper for her costume was. I changed her about 20-25 minutes ago. She probably needs to be changed again." She said watching as I lifted her up out her seat. I unzipped her costume from the back and pulled her out of it cautiously.

She had woke up by now and looked like she was pouting with her lips pursed together and her eyebrows furrowed as she looked at me. I smiled when she yawned showing me her tongue.

"Ew niña. Close your mouth stinka." I said making a face. She grinned at me and let out a high pitched shriek that turned into a small laugh at the end.

"Awww, I want her!" Lexx said cooing as she stretched out from sleep.

"Candice is not giving her up anytime soon." He said quickly looking back at his phone like he didn't just say what he said.

"Mkay. Then, we could have our own." She said. Making him look up then. She had been telling me how she was keeping him away the goods since they got married. I can tell you how he feels through Chris's phone calls in one word. Desperate. He smirked and scooted to his right like his life and his manhood depended on it. Her took her appearance in.

"You up huh?" She asked teasing him. I looked up and saw him looking down at her the way Chris does when he's thinking about the possibilities and some outcomes before he kisses me.

"You know I never sleep. You wanna..." She stopped hisself and kissed her sweetly. She stopped him moving away from his lips with heavy eyes. Looking down and smiling sheepishly. I could see her getting her thoughts together like I would with Chris. She breathed out and wiped lipstick from the corner of his mouth like a mother would her child. She stood up with help of course, then gestured for him to follow.

"Mm.." she said getting her words right before looking up. "Um, it was nice meeting you Cleo. Bye sis." She said to me. I smiled and winked getting a side hug from her before she began strutting off with Christian on her scent.

"What about your job?" He asked her. I wanted to yell she didn't care but most likely she had said "You needed some company right?" Because he had smiled and pulled her close before the elevator closed on the two.

I shook my head and scroll through my phone after I had her changed and back in her car seat. Looking through photos and videos of me and him within the two months we got together. It was something else and I couldn't help but smile at how good of a fiancé and friend he was to me. I can't wait for the married life with him. I know it's going to be different than it was with Leon.

Cause for one; we have trust. Two; we keep it a thousand and some when it comes to a booger in our nose or a certain smell. And three; communication is key, and we've been doing that since we could talk to one another.

"Chris on the brain?" Cleo asked a little closer than before. I looked at her blushing and put my phone down.

"And then some." Your girl does the same ya know?" I said with a smile. She smiled and a certain confidence came over her like a breath of fresh air.

"So y'all been missin y'all boos together?" She said with a light chuckle. I shrugged.

"I mean, yeah. Y'all got to experience the bedroom boom. I. I'm waiting on mine." I said honestly as I blushed. She nodded slowly.

"That's right!" She said in realization. "You are new to the whole..." She made a half circle. "Spectrum. Ha. Chris is gonna teadatbackout." She looked genuinely sorry for me and now I kinda felt iffy even after the explicit thoughts.

"Does it hurt?" I found myself asking her as she played a game on her phone. She looked up from it and turned her screen off.

"What? When she wear ya back out? That's just a me-"

"I know all that. I'm sayin.. like.. The thing.. does it-"

"Oh! Uh.. ion know. I never did the vise versa thing with Arèona. I'm the one who wears the strap in the house. All day, erday! Arèona is not about to dick me down. No sir. I mean, ma'am." She said looking truly terrified at the thought. I held in my laughter and watched her get herself together before she spoke again.

"But you know.. With Chris it's different. He got the whole Phalloplasty procedure a while back. Ain't no fake-"

"Okay." I had left it alone after that I remember him coming home and looking tired and in pain. I never asked any questions I just knew I had to deal with it. I comforted him the best way I knew how I just know he wouldn't let me touch him for nothing. Which was fine with me and then the shower thing happened. I never, not once thought to look down. It was still new to me.

Tristan had showed his face after a while and the doctor said he was a clean bill of health. Also said to bring him back in about three weeks or so to see if his bones were properly healing. He also said if it wasn't for Arèona, Tristan would have gotten a serious brain concussion. I gotta thank Arèona when she wakes up.
