Forgive Me , Maybe ?

Chapter 12

    Shawn and I went to Dave and busters played some games for a couple of hours , we bought burgers and wings , it was delicious , gosh I love food . Shawn was drinking a beer and I had a snow glow drink  while we were bowling .

Shawn's phone started to ring and he picked it up  without checking the contact ID , as soon as he did , his face turned from happy to bitter in a millisecond .  He hung up after a mini argument . I couldn't pin point what it was about cause he was like 9 feet away from me and there was loud background music blaring. He had a look of sorrow on his face when he walked back in front of me .

"Marla babe sorry but , our little hangout has to end here " he said while wrapping his hands around my waste . 

"Awww why?"  I responded with a pout. 

"Kernel just called and said in an hour I have to pick her up to take her to the hospital to get an ultrasound so that she can prove to me that she really is pregnant "

I wanted to go cause I didn't want anything happening between them while I was not their , after all they were in love quote on quote, once upon a time and love doesn't just die in a few days . I just got Shawn and I really don't want to lose him .

" could I go with you guys "

" Marla babe , I don't think that's a good idea , to be honest "

" why isn't it ?"

"Why would that be a good idea "he said with a questioning look

" because ..."

"Marla baby let's not do this , I don't want you to come "

"But .."

"No"

" you didn't even listen to what I have to say "

"I don't want to hear it , I'm not taking you and that's final "

I frowned and started walking to his car . He was walking beside me and tried to hold my hand , I harshly pulled it away and sped up . We reach the car in the parking lot and he pressed a button to unlock it , while he was entering he car I heard him mumble something along the lines of swear and petty , however I ignored it cause I didn't feel like starting anything after all we just started dating this morning. It's a little early for relationship problems. He started the car and we left Dave and busters parking lot and was on the road heading to my house .

We stopped at a red light , he was about to say something to me when his phone started ringing again. He picked it up looked at the caller ID this time and growled under his breath.

He answered and that was the start of another mini argument, I put on my headphones and started playing Battle cry by Angel Haze . The usual me would've been trying to listen to his convo but right now I wasn't on the mood . A couple of seconds later I felt him tap me on my shoulder .

I pulled out one of the earbuds out of my ear and turned to face him .

" change of plans , we are picking up kernel than we're going to drop you off after her and I will go to the hospital together . "

" whatever " I whispered back and sigh . That word together is really bothering , it shouldn't but it is .

" can't she just use a of those pregnancy tests from cvs or something " I blurted out .

" she already did that but I still didn't believe her so today she's going to show me her zygote "

I sighted again and put my ear bud back on and continue to listen to my song.
Like 10 minutes passed and we arrived in front of kernel's house he beeped and she came out with tights and an oversized sweater from pink . She walked up to the front of the car and was about to open it when she saw me sitting there .

She glared at me and walked to the back . She entered the car and greeted Shawn with a kiss on his cheek and asked

" what is she doing "

"What do you think I'm doing here " I retorted.

" you mean beside taking up my seat in the front of the car "

I ignored the comment and put my music on blast in my ears . After a couple of minutes Shawn pulled up to my house . I was about to exit when Shawn held my hand .

" what ? No goodbye kiss " I looked at him in a bored facial expression, kissed his cheek just like kernel did , pulled my hand from him and slammed the car door .

I walked up to the front door and grabbed my keys to unlock it , I entered and slammed the door shut , I was about to go upstairs when I heard moaning in the kitchen , I walked towards the sound slowly and saw my brother pounding into his twink on the side of the table .

" are you kidding me ! Again , plus in the kitchen seriously", I yelled which made Jude run towards his clothes on the floor while trying to hide his penis .

I turned around , speed walked to my room and slam the door . I dropped my self on my bed and groaned . Why did Shawn just let kernel kiss him , I know it was on the cheek but he should've at least claimed he was taking now so that she wouldn't have done it again, then he had the audacity to ask me for a kiss , unbelievable. My eyes started to get heavy and I let sleep take over me .

I woke up again at 1:00 in the morning , meaning it already Monday f*ck , I hate Mondays.

I went on Netflix and continued watching pretty little liars until it was 5:30 am .

I woke up did my morning routine meaning shower , brushed teeth , and make up . Today's outfit was a white tank top tucked into my high waisted black jeans , with brown boots that reached the bottom of my knees , my light pink leather jacket that reached the bottom of my jeans waist. With a white scarf made out of Linen that has little pink grey and purple flowers on it . I curled my hair and looked at myself in the mirror.

"Well hello beautiful " I said admiring myself.
