I lay awake on my queen size bed and stared at the ceiling. I have trouble putting myself to sleep this past few days and i have no idea why. I was just about to doze off when my alarm rang. 'Urgh!Every single time!' i mumbled to myself.

I got up instantly and prepared myself for school. I looked myself in the mirror and said to myself 'Ah, no wonder i'm single. Look at yourself Diana. You are a mess' i thought to myself. I gave out a big sigh. I felt useless and hopeless today so I grabbed my black long sleeve with my Levis jeans. The color of my clothing described the mood I am in. I let down my hair and put my fringe down. I assured myself that today will be a good day.

I went down to the kitchen and greeted my mum with a kiss on her cheek. I ate my breakfast before i left for school. My mum gave me a big hug and whispered to me 'Today will be your lucky day' She smiled and i headed for the door. 

I plug in my earpiece and waited for the bus to arrive. I'm not one of the popular girls in school. Basically, i only have myself to count on. I boarded the bus and I was greeted with people staring at me. I shrugged my shoulders and headed for an empty seat. I was moving to the beat of the song 'Party Rock Anthem' when i felt someone looking at me. I turned to the back and saw 5 hot dudes looking in my way. They greeted me with a smile. I guess they must be new since I have never seen them before. 'Today must be my lucky day', i whispered to myself and smiled cheekily.

Finally,we arrived in front of the school gate. I went down the bus and walked towards the school main door when I felt someones' right hand on my shoulder. I turned to my right and saw the red checkered dude I saw in the bus just now. He was accompanied by another 4 of his friends. They gave me a sweet smile and I returned it back with a smile. I pull out my earpiece and gave him a deadly look. He gave me a warm smile and i felt calmer than before.
