{James’ POV}
We’re all so pissed at Nadine. She missed her birth control shot and she wouldn’t take a fuckin’ test. It would be easier to solve the problem if we knew there was anything to solve. In fact, she should have mentioned it when she missed her period. We already had a talk with her parents. We promised them we’d be super careful. Mommy My even accompanied her to the doctor for her initial shot. And now we’re in the U.S. for the tour with no access to her doctor. She wouldn’t even take the home pregnancy test just to be sure. It’s as if she’s even considering keeping it. She can’t keep it. We’ve worked so hard to make it this far. It’s career suicide. We can always have babies later. Just not now when we’ve practically achieved all our dreams. What’s more ironic is that between the two of us, it was her who never really liked having babies at all. Even going so much as suggesting we just adopt.
