***** PREVIOUSLY *****

Day turned around and opened her mouth.

SAN was relieved to see Day about to speak.

Day said:

"Who... are you?"

***** PRESENT TIME *****

"Day... It's me! It's me, SAN!", SAN said.

"SAN? Who's that?", Day said confusingly.

"It... It's me...", SAN said slowly as tears were falling from his eyes.

"But... I don't know who you are...", Day said.

"Day...", SAN said as he started to cry. He hugged her, but she pushed SAN back and said, "Don't hug me, I don't know who you are..."

SAN quickly lost energy and felt sad, depressed.

Day seemed to snap back to herself.

"S-SAN... Is that you...?", Day asked. SAN looked at Day and was confused and shocked.

"I'm sorry...", Day said and started to cry. "Babe... I think, I'm losing my memories... Slowly...", Day added.

"It's gonna be okay, babyyy.", SAN cried, as he hugged her.

***** LATER IN THE HOSPITAL *****

Doctor: "We didn't find anything in her nervous system, it's weird that we didn't find anything, but you claim to be losing... your memory, is that right, uhmmm, Wednesday?"

Day: "Yes doc."

SAN:  "Uhmm, doc, can I ask something? Why do you have a... mask on your face?"

Doctor: "Ohhhh, this? It's been cold lately, and I have been coughing the last few days. As a doctor, it's better to keep safe, for my patients."

"Anyways, since we didn't find anything, it's most likely to be Alzheimer's disease.", the doctor continued.

"But, doesn't that only apply to older people?", SAN asked.

"Although it's famous for old people, it also affects young people. A possible reason is if she inherited it from someone in her family. May I ask, does anyone in your family have Alzheimer's?", the doctor asked Day.

"I think someone in our family does.", Day responded.

"That could be reason behind it.", the doctor explained.

"Alright, thank you doctor! You are a great doctor at your young age. We'll be leaving now.", SAN said.

The two headed out of the room.

***** INSIDE *****

"Those fools...", the doct- or should I say, 'The Man' said.

"They even believed that I was a real doctor. Idiots.", The Man said laughingly.

"They even believed the Alzheimer's disease.", The Man added.

***** OUTSIDE THE ROOM *****

"Oh well, the doctor added in that it could be from stress. Maybe, you should stay at home and rest for awhile. But wait here, I have to pay.", SAN said.

SAN went to the counter near the lobby and paid for the checkup.

The two went back to Day's house. They both sat down on the bed.
