Shocked I stare at the piece of paper before me and the camera. I take a few seconds to wrap my head around what this person, this monster, really seems to expect of me.
Apparently he, I suppose no woman could be terrible like that, sees this person to be guilty of gluttony so he thinks the perfect way to punish this guy is that he dies of the deficit of exactly what he has too much of - food and drink. And the camera must be like a proof. A proof that I have done as asked.
As soon as that realisation has settled there is another one right behind it. I cannot do this, it is impossible to event think about doing it. I am not like this guy. I cannot just let a person starve to death. Then again I do not really have a choice now, do I? I have to save my family.
According to the paper I do not even have time to think it over - I only got until tonight. I have 24h to find this guy, kidnap him, figure out where to keep him until he is dead. Plus - starvation doesn't usually go this fast. So I also gotta find a way to quicken the process of starvation.
I can't believe I am even thinking about doing this. Surprising what a human is capable of considering if his loved ones are in danger. I do hope I can explain myself before I leave him to die - not that it would make things better.
And then there's this riddle. That would be the way past killing people as I am sure, this first one isn't the only one. But I do not have time to solve it now as the time would go off my planning for the kill so I will have to sacrifice this first victim and then use the time between the this and the second kill to solve the riddle.
So my next steps will be:
- Find the guy
- Plan on where to let him die and prepare the place with the camera
- Kidnap him
- Get him to the hide out
- Explain myself to him hoping for understanding
- Leave him asap so I won't change my mind
