Kits pov

Austin came downstairs
"You okay kit?" He asked
I nod
He hugs me
"I'm here for you...I know you're upset...it's okay to cry..." he says softly

I hugged him back and softly cried into his chest

Kits dads pov

That kick....
Gave me a flashback

Flashback (kit was 16)

I came Home from a meeting with another kingdom

My wife and daughter Katie were waiting for me in the throne room
But I didn't see my other daughter Kit

"Where's Kit?" I asked a guard

"She's in the training room sir" the guard say

I make my way to the training room

"Kit. What are you doing here?" I asked

"What does it look like?" She says practicing her punches with a dummy

"Working hard I see" I say

She punches the dummy head with a lot of force and turns to me

"Not for you. " she says

She turns back to the dummy and continues punching it

"Er...so how's your combat training going?" I asked

"Maybe if you actually cared to spend time with your family then you would know" Kit says

"You know I'm very busy" I reply

"But when you're not you always force me to train and do things I hate doing. You are just too weak to get your hands dirty" kit says

She stopped punched the dummy again and turned towards me

"Is it...about" i started asked

"YES! THE FACT YOU MADE ME KILL AN INNOCENT PERSON WHO NEEDED HELP!" She yells

"Kit I didn't mean..." I try talking again but she cut me off

"YOU DIDNT MEAN TO MAKE ME KILL HIM?!? YOURE THE ONE THAT GAVE ME THE POTION SAYING IT WAS MEDICINE!! I WATCHED MY BODY TAKE OVER AND HURT THE INNOCENT PEOPLE OF OUR KIND! YOU DONT DESERVE THE TITLE OF KING!" She yells kicking my in the stomach

She walks past me

"If I ever hurt you. Just know I won't be sorry. I'll be queen soon and someone will be King I have a choice if I want to marry Austin or not...and you can't stop me if I say no" kit says walking away
