I didn't waste time sitting on the grass watching and waiting for Darryl. Yes, Darryl, he didn't deserve a title that gave him respect and power. Everyone that was apart of my pack was gone the adults had fled not wanting any part of my problems. I didn't blame them. Which is why I told Harry that if he took them to the pack in Canada their Alpha would give them refuge and be open to negotiations of joining. Harry nodded his head in agreement even though I knew very well he didn't understand the master plan. Yet, he saw the gears turning in the back of my mind and refused to meddle.

I was able to bury each and everyone of the dead in the three days it took Tom, his army, and Darryl to show their face. Each one of the 200 members, I didn't sleep, and ate minimally. I walked outside of my pack house, the house that I had been staying in to try and remember what it was like to have a pack with members that trusted you with everything since it seemed like forever since I had that last. The blood on the grass, and the cemetery that they surely walked through on their way here was enough for Darryl and most of the royal guard to have a look of disgust on their face. I knew the accusation that was going to come out. Whether or not I wanted to hear the words.

"She killed them, she killed them all in a blind fit of rage." Now, that the accusation was made Tom would have to put me into custody, and surely let trials begin. Favoritism since he was such a new ruler would not be tolerated by the other alphas, and it surely wouldn't be tolerated by me. Since what if I had truly done this damage. What if everything in my mind was nothing but a lie, concocted in my mind to protect me from the truth.

"Why would she kill her own pack? What could she have to possibly gain by doing so?" Tom snapped trying to be the voice of reason. Trying to get the other alpha to retract his statement of accusation, but I knew Darryl all too well. We each had played into his hands. Hadn't we?

"She did this. She's the only one here, the graves are proof of her remorse, and the blood is the proof of her crime." Darryl said each word with a growing grin, knowing that the King, that Tom had no choice but to have his guards cuff me. For them to bring me back to the castle in the shackles of a criminal. Brining my alpha status even lower than whatever it was before. I did not care though, since what was left of my pack was safe. That was the goal of coming here, and I had fulfilled it. As an alpha, I had done everything to the best of my abilities. Yet, I had left so in a way this attack these deaths weren't they my fault the way that Darryl is claiming. I had no idea.

I sat in the blood of my lead trackers body, where Colson, used to lay. I knew that my new clothes would become covered in his blood. I was okay with that. Tom took a deep breath in as he came to walk closer to my sitting position.

"I can't do anything right now, but I'll do everything in my power to set things right." Than the guards came over with their shackles that bound not only my hands but, my feet as well. Giving me just enough space to walk, I knew it was because I was considered highly dangerous with the number of "obvious kills" that they saw lining the graves. Yet, I held my head down in shame knowing that without a doubt in the world I would be executed. For a crime that was committed by a group of rouges paid to do the damage seen here today by Darryl. No one could save me. My past had caught up with me, and I was finally paying for a sin that was surely worth the death penalty.
