Chapter 25: Reunion

Mia's POV

I skated around the skate park late into the night as Uncle Raph watched me in his human form.

I really hoped he didn't squish Carson to a pulp.

As if on que Carson comes around a corner skating on his board with the same shirt as last time.

He waves at me and I wave back, coming to a stop. Doing so I hear Uncle Raph growl.

"Hey Uncle Raph?" I mutter as Carson walks closer.

"Yeah?" He growls back. I see his fists clench as Carson comes closer and calm a fit of giggles making my way up my throat.

"You didn't tell Dad did you?" I ask nervously.

"Well I was, but since your my favorite niece I thought better of it. Plus I'm more scary then your dad." He says smirking a little at the end.

I snort and Carson walks up to us. "Sooo who's this? A friend? Nice to meet you man." Carson says holding out his hand to Uncle Raph.

Uncle Raph shakes it but I see Carson's face contort with pain. Slapping Uncle Raph's hand he yelps and let's go.

"Ow! What the shell Mia?!" He growls at me.

Sticking my tongue out at him I whirl around to Carson. "Sorry about that, My uncle has a strong grip." I say.

Uncle Raph huffs and Carson smiles nervously. "It's fine. My Dad has a strong grip too." He says.

Carson turns to Uncle Raph and smiles. "So your Mia's uncle?" He asks. Raph nods.

"Name's Raphael, you can only call me sir." He says.

Carson gulps and I hit Uncle Raph's shoulder again. "Excuse us for a minute." I say smiling as he rubs his shoulder while glaring at me.

Leading Uncle Raph away to a quiet place, where Carson couldn't hear us I whip around to face him. "What is your problem?" I hiss.

"Ey! Your the one that's hit your Uncle two times! So what in the flippin' sewer is your problem?!" He growls.

"Don't be so intimidating! You'll scare him off!" I hiss. Uncle Raph huffs and crosses his arms across his chest.

After glaring at him for awhile he finally breaks, "Ugh fine! I'll play nice. But if pulls a move I have a right to beat him up!" He growls.

I nod, pleased and we walk back to Carson who seems really nervous. "Should I go?" He mouths and I shake my head.

"So ready to bust some moves?" I ask grinning. Carson seems to relax a bit and sets his board down.

"Ready when you are skater girl."

Smirking I push off on my own board and we start our race.

Leo's POV

"Hey Leo?" Donnie says as we stop on a rooftop.

I stop and look at Donnie who stares at the skate park across the street. "What?" I ask walking to the edge and looking at it myself.

I see Raph in human form sitting on a bench watching Mia skate around. Seemed normal.

"What? It's just Mia and Raph." I say.

Donnie shakes his head and points. "No it's Mia, Raph and a guy. Seems really friendly with Mia." He says.

Sure enough there was this guy about Mia's age laughing and high giving her.

I growl.

"Alright end of patrol, we're going down there."

We all hope down and switch our watches on. Switching to human form we walk to the skate park.

Mia stops when she sees me and smiles nervously while waving sheepishly.

"H-Hi Dad, what are you doing here?" She asks.

The Boy stops and looks at me nervously and back to Mia. Raph stiffens and Mikey goes next to him quickly.

"Hi Princess, who's this young fellow?" I ask crossing my arms across my chest.

She rubs her neck nervously and gestures to the boy. "Carson this is my dad, Dad this is Carson. My FRIEND." she says clearly stating the last word louder.

I cross my arms and narrow my eyes at her. I didn't fully believe her. But I decided to see how it would play out.

Holding my hand out to Carson he reluctantly shakes my hand. "Nice to meet you sir." He says looking me in the eyes.

I nod my head and he let's go before Mikey comes around on his skateboard. "So this is the dude who loves pizza? Nice choice my little dudette!" He yells patting Mia on her back. She blushes and covers her face with her hands.

Donnie sighs and makes his head. "I'm Mia's uncle Donnie. Just wondering but do you know the formula for a common mixture of propane gas?" He asks.

Mia's POV

I groan and face palm my face. "Guys WHAT in the sewers are you doing here?!"

"Well we were just walking around and saw you with him. So we decided to stop by." My dad says smiling at me.

I glare at him and take Carson's hand. "Just ignore my Uncles and Dad. They are just over protective. Let's skate."
