Catching Fire: Peeta's Story....

Chapter 2:

Chapter 2:

I quickly shut my eyes, and get my "baby, oh-you can't resist this" face on, and take off my shirt and pull the blankets down to my waist so she can see my abs ( i still LOVE her) and lay there limply until I here her footsteps come up the stairs. I here here walk down the hall opening doors to find me because she's never been in my house till now. Finally she opens my door and gasp's, i know she's gasping at the sight of me because she still loves me and this is the first time she's seen me since the hover craft, we couldn't even do our after-the-games interviews together!

She walks over to bed and sits on it, then something expecting happens, she gets in my blankets and moves my arm so it's around her and lays very tightly up against my chest! I LOVE THIS! I then limply shift my weight and body closer to her, so now that I am facing her, closer to her. Ii creep my eyes open just enough to see her eyes closed, looking up at me and a giant smile across her face! Then she goes limp, she's asleep now in my arms! I gently lean down and kiss her lips, so gently as to not wake her. And lay there with Katniss in my arms, this is the first time since those horrid Hunger Games, and savor the moment.

Suddenly, i'm jolted, and so is Katniss, from my world of Wonder, as a noise from out side wakes us! This is the noise of vans and cars and trains! That means our stylist, Effie, and the press and Capitol people are here, and that also means I can't lay here any longer, but I "stay asleep" until Katniss awakes. She then leans over and kiss's me!

This kiss is WAYYY better then any of the ones in the cave! This one feels real! As I "wake up" I move simultaneously with her lips pulling her into me as she obeys and leans in then lays on my! I then, not thinking about who is about to come through those doors any minute now, start to undo her shirt, letting me, Katniss starts to get back in the blankets, covering up because she know's who's outside, moving more passionately with me and then something unexpected happens again! She starts to to let go. Pulling her shirt back on and smiling while getting out of bed but still being very near to me! We then here her front door shut and here Haymitch's open, knowing that everyone is going to him then will be here any minute now.

"I'm sorry, I just needed to know if I had any feelings for you and I also needed to get your kiss's into my system since theres gonna be alot more coming." She says as she turns away smiling.

"Did you have any feelings?" I say really wanting to know! She starts to help me sit up then I put my arm around her and we sit down on the bed while she lays her head on my shoulder and snuggles into me holding on as if she'll fall to her death any minute now.

"YES! Yes I did that's why I didn't stop you! I liked it, I liked it alot, Peeta!" She says squeezing harder and I can tell she's smiling when she says this by the way she's talking.

"I liked it too." I say squeezing her into me as she looks up at my while our lips collide. She then stands, making me stand with her, she doesn't know about my leg yet but she'll know when she starts to help me get dressed. We walk to the closet, Katniss picking out my outfit and putting on my shirt. She then looks down at my pants, I know how squeamish she can be around naked people, but instead of retreating she dives in taking my pants right off!

"OH MY..,WHAT IS THAT!" She starts to cry at the sight of my prosthetic leg!

All I can do is grab her and wrap her into a very tight hug not daring to let go. She sobs louder and starts to shake. I rock her still never letting go but getting tighter as time goes on. I then here my door open to the house, but I don't stop rocking her, I then realize I have no pants on! It's a good thing I have boxers on cause if I didn't........
