After Lance Corporal Levi kicked the shit out of Eren Jaeger. Mikasa Ackerman, the adopted sister of Eren...
In the next morning... The Levi's squad was cleaning and doing their own assigned chores.
Connie, Mikasa and Armin were sweeping the scattered leaves outside the squad's cabin. Jean and Eren are appointed with the horses' stable, while Sasha was set for cleaning the furniture inside the Squad's cabin.
"OI Mikasa... Armin? Why you guys so quiet? It feels like I'm the only one here if you two will be as quiet as the wind.. you know?", Connie wandered to the both of them. Armin answered with a sweatdrop on his face while he was still sweeping some leaves on the ground," Just enjoying the cool breeze outside... that's all."
Connie: " Ahh... okay? Then how abo-?".
Mikasa answered instantly showing an emotionless facial expression, "Same."
"Ehhh... Is that so?... that's not really what I was about to ask but nevermind...", he continued sweeping and decided to join the two in their silent atmosphere.
After a meanwhile, Mikasa quickly noticed Eren. He was running towards them and it really appears that it looks urgent. She whispered on her own just as she ran to him unknowingly dropping her broom on the ground, "Eren?!".
As they reach out for each other, Eren stopped in front of her while he was heavily panting from running. Armin and Connie came along after Mikasa to see what's going on.
Eren leaned over his knees and took a heavy breathe first before he could say what he would want to say.
Mikasa asked showing worry and concern for him," Eren? Are you alright?" Armin asked also," Whats the matter?"
"There's a big problem at the horses' stable!", he stopped and took a heavy breathe again to absorb some air.
"Spill it out buddy?", Connie said.
"The horses raced themselves to the forest! I honestly don't know how many of them are left...", he told them as he finished his report.
Armin asked ," What? Where's Jean now? Isn't he with you in the horses' stable?" Eren answered," He is...He's still at the stables trying heavily to lock the few other horses inside their fences, so they wont get lost."
Mikasa gave a cold glass of water to Eren to make him swallow his thirst, "Thanks Mikasa.."
"What now?! Captain Levi will surely get mad at us when he comes back!", Connie panicked loudly. Eren looked down disappointed to himself.
Sasha joined in the group when she heard noises outside the cabin. She went to them and asked just feeling left out on what's up," Hey! hey! hey? Whats going on here?"
Armin answered,"We'll explain later. Lets see what's in the horses' stable right now." as he felt nervous to know.
Several hours have passed and it was already evening... On the other hand while the squad was dealing with their problem...
Lance Corporal Levi was cleaning his 3D Maneuver Gear with a white blanket on top of the giant walls alone. He seemed to be enjoying the breathtaking view of the city and the people below him and on the other side was a huge world that wasn't seen and discovered yet.
Just in a while, a familiar voice called out, "Leviiiii~~~!!"
Levi looked back to see a tall woman with a medium-length dark brown hair that she often keeps tied up in an unkempt high ponytail with bangs parted down the middle.
He then was instantly annoyed and asked her in irritated tone of voice," Damn it four eyes what now?"
Commander Hanji Zoe enthusiastically said with a very big smile," I've been experimenting some titans and guess what? They don't have reproductive systems..prrfffff....you know what that means right?"
"Don't give me this crap... not yet... not now shitty glasses.", Levi replied.
Hanji began teasing him, "Ooohhh come on now, don't be so short tempered? I'm just trying to make you laugh or something."
"Hanji shut up... I'm not in the mood for your jokes.", he replies again. "How's your day Levi?"
Levi answered, "abnormal.". "Haaahaaahaaah Levi! You always make me laugh!", she pats him hardly on the back.
"krhh...Hanji..", he mumbled. "Oops! Sorry..did it hurt?" "Hanji just shut up for a moment."
Levi stared at his 3D maneuver gear blades. Hanji noticed that Levi looks like he is carrying a heavy problem with him.
Hanji finally asked calmly," What's the big deal Leviiiiiiii?". Levi answered,"That gloomy girl who always follows that reckless brat gives a lot of pain in the ass. I don't know what to do with that brat."
"You mean Mikasa?", she asks for confirmation. "I'm thinking if I should punish her to make her respect me as her captain.", he thought.
"None of my business Levi...but if she's going overboard, why not?", she gives Levi a grin. A cadet bothered in their conversation and reported,"Commander Hanji...Commander Pixis would like a word."
"I gotta go Levi." She blasts her 3D Maneuver Gear exiting down the wall.
