"What are you saying?", she asked hastily wherein her unsettling feeling troubles her spontaneously throughout this instance. She turned to her shoulders with eyes full of concern and  dubiety. "Did I say something wrong?", Levi opposed back with a question as if he said something shallow.

"I was merely giving you a hint on what I am feeling...",he continues as he notes the next word with value. He lifted his hand slowly and carefully placed it on his chest where his heart is," ..here." 

"I'm...I haven't", Mikasa falters her words as she had a brief flashback," I haven't thought about it yet.." Certain flashbacks came back during the time Levi confessed as she realized how many days had passed after that event. Mikasa gazed at her side to look at Levi whose face remains forward.

"I-I'm sorry..."

"Why are you apologizing. Are you apologizing out of pity?", Levi muttered in a provoked and indignant tone of voice without making any eye contact. Perceiving, Mikasa knows that she may have ruin this moment with the Captain, though it would be best to be directly honest than to make a fruitless conversation ending with the same outcome. 

"..I cannot tell you my answer yet, please wait a little longer.", she replied affably with urgency.

"How much longer?" Levi asked as his face changed. With that question, she could not think of any answer or even words to say. Her breathe only came out of her lips as soon as she opened them slightly. "Don't say you're uncertain of how long you'll decide. Like I said, I'm not very patient.", he warned her on behalf of himself.

"Give me a month." Mikasa pleaded to Levi with confidence.

"...A month." Levi said pathetically in repetition then paused in silence. He adjusted his angle to finally face Mikasa in the eyes and said," Tell me, what's hindering you to come up with an answer quickly? Is it that petty brat whom you call your family?"

"Please don't speak of Eren that way...", she mumbled softly as she gave a castigating frown on Levi stucked on a firm eye contact with each other. "Why are you glaring at me like that? Why are you so affected when that Eren is involved?",he growled at her.

"Please stop this! Sir.. Let's just go back." Mikasa yelled somehow flustered. She wanted to escape from building up an arguement with the Captain. "Like I said, I'll decide that for myself, and our conversation's not yet over, Ackerman.", he insisted to stay a little longer as they are in the middle of a heated chat.

" ...If you're just planning to say bad things about Eren, I'm afraid I'd rather leave.", she protested as her facial expression divulges her vexation.

While the two were sightless of the time, the sky begun to grew even darker and the breezing gust of wind sweeped through the lands making the dusky dancing grasses to noise up the place.

Levi upfrontly said in insult,"Eren.. What's so special about him?.. Or maybe you're instinct has taken effect."

"Instinct?...", she replied restating one signified word. "You're an Ackerman. I know you felt it too... The sudden strength that urges through your blood at some certain moments." ,he declared what is common between them.

Mikasa's eyes widenned from that information. She was shocked that the strong compulsion she felt during her young ages in those certain moments is something the Ackermans naturally have. She became more puzzled. "What are you saying? What instinct?",she rephrased her question.
