Levi leaded Mikasa to her own room. Her room was shabby and old, filled with only a single bed, a personal wooden closet at the corner, a necessary table and chair near the door and an opened window above her bed.
"This is your room. Feel comfortable or whatever. I'll be going.", Levi muttered. Mikasa replied," Yes sir..." He then left without a voluntary help. As he left, she then efficiently fixed herself with the room and place all her personal stuff where it should be.
After several minutes...
She was busy putting her clothes almost half way finish on her locker. She was quiet as usual inside the room, thinking nothing else but Eren. Finally she was finished, she then lied down on her bed uncomfortably.
"Eren...", she whispered softly while gently holding her favorite red scarf.
-On the other hand- It was already night...
Hanji was busy analyzing and studying on the table at the balcony, while waiting and discovering for new answers. Captain Levi then arrived.
"So you done analyzing some shit?", he asked impatiently.
Hanji answered sarcastically," As soon as ever...thank you for asking." "You and Mikasa surely looked good together. But enough about that..for now beast your eyes on this."
Hanji tooked a pile of papers about the experiments about the titans on the table, carrying it heavily and then releasing it to fall and scatter at the table. Levi looked emotionless with his everyday poker face.
She then started discussing her observations and experiments with the titans actively. She became a bit too enthusiastic while the discussion was getting deeper.
Levi stopped her there," Calm down four eyes...We'll get to it as soon as possible..whatever we can do to get those answers."
"Right", She calmly sat down slightly grinned while sweating. She then continued studying and analyzing surprisingly a bit silent.
Levi then walked away even though Hanji wasn't done discussing, sharing and explaining her thoughts and ideas to him. Commander Hanji immediately asked," Where are you going Levi?" Levi stopped for a while and answered," I'll be checking that gloomy brat if she's done fixing her shits. She'll be starting from doing her chores." Levi then continued walking upstairs towards Mikasa's room.
When he arrived, he knocked at the door twice before entering and said, "Oi brat! Surely you're done fixing your damn things. Open the door and I will have you to do your chores."
No respond was heard inside but instead it was pure silence. He waited for a moment then forcibly opened the door, yet it wasn't locked.
He unexpectedly found Mikasa fast asleep on her bed still holding her scarf.
He walked towards her "Oi..." He stopped himself there, with hesitation he wanted to wake her up but he didn't want to disturb her good sleep.
He sat beside her on her bed and swiped her silky black hair with his finger, gazing on her beautiful, fair and naive face while she was sleeping. He stared at her for a few seconds.
"She fell asleep as if she felt comfortable lying down on these dusty bed sheets... You always wear that red scarf of yours.. always bragging it to everyone that Eren gave that to you...", he thought to himself and sighed, while closing his eyes. He then left her room silently.
As Levi came back, Hanji became confused. He sat on the nearest chair on the table, got some tea for himself and drank without saying any word.
Hanji then asked," Oii...Levii?" Levi looked at her silently responding, while holding his teacup. Levi answered, "She was fast asleep I didn't want to disturb her. Besides, its already a bit late."
"Oh I see...well tell me...Did you really bring her here with you to punish her or you just want her to be yours? What is it your gonna do with her??", she asks suspiciously. Levi looked at Hanji and replied," Don't be silly...All I wanted was her respect."
Hanji smirked and teases, " You want her respect ooorrr yoouuu want her yourself before Eren might.." "Shut up...I don't want to hear any of that reckless shitty brat.", he cut her off.
Hanji mumbled excitedly and suspiciously, her glasses glowed from the reflection of light,"OHHH ohhh...gihihihi...INTERESTING..."
Levi looked at Hanji like he knows something was running on her head, " What are you planning?" Hanji leaned on her chair backwards and acted like she had nothing in mind, "Ohh...Levi.."
He then replied,"Tch...whatever four eyes.." Drinking his tea.
