Beth's POV:

There was fire everywhere. Along with walkers and the insane Governor's followers. All of which could kill me. I'm deep in thought when all of a sudden I feel something grab my shoulder.

I turn around quickly with my knife and am about ready to stab whatever it is in the head when I see that it's Rick's secondhand man Daryl. The one person I'd rather not be stuck with knowing his reputation. I don't get an option though because he grabs my arm tightly yanking me away from the prison and towards the woods. Along the way I see Judith's car seat, empty, and covered in blood.

I collapse to the ground crying so hard that Daryl has to pick me up bridal style to get me to budge. It seemed like he had been carrying me for hours. He stopped and put me down only to start yelling at me,

" You stupid little girl! What's wrong with you? You can't just fall to pieces for no reason! Get up and start walking!"

His words were harsh but I couldn't show weakness or else he would have a real reason to call me a little girl. Crying over a dead baby Judith was totally understandable but crying over a a Jackass redneck's words was not. So I wiped the tears from my eyes, stood up straight, and began to follow him. After about five minutes I mumbled,

" Oh, and it wasn't over nothing."

" What are you talking about?" Daryl snapped.

" You called me a stupid little girl cause you thought I was crying over nothing. When really if you had seen what I saw and didn't cry then you would be just plain cold hearted."

He just kept walking and answered with,

" It couldn't have been any worse than what we've seen before"

I stepped right in front of him, looked into his eyes and said coldly,

     " Judith is dead."

Daryl's POV:

I was shocked. I held my head in my hands to hide the sadness that I knew was written all over my face. But then it came to me, what if she's making it up? as some kind of sick revenge for yelling at her. The very thought filled me with rage. I lifted my head to glare at her but instantly softened my stare because Beth was crying again. I realized then that girl's like Beth don't get revenge. they're too nice. Which only means she's not lying. 'lil asskicker is dead. All of a sudden words started shooting out of my mouth,

"I swear I'm gonna kill the fucking governor if he's not already dead. He's going to pay. I'll stick him in a room with a walker and let him get torn to pieces. That shit face! What about Rick? and Carl? If they know-" then I got cut off by the sound of walkers. That's when I see a herd of 10-15 walkers behind us. Damn it. I then yell to Beth to stay  while I took all my frustration, sadness, anger, and hurt out on the walkers. With every walker I would kill I'd shout out something along the lines of,

      "SHE DIDN'T DESERVE  TO DIE!"

After all of them are dead I sink to my knees. I can feel eyes staring at me from behind and remember that Beth is with me. I stand up slowly and look at her. She's shaking with fear and her eyes show such sadness that I regretted what I had said earlier. I look down at my feet and say,

      " I'm so sorry."

I didn't think she heard me till I heard her answer between breaths,

     " Me too..."
